One of the worst places we stayed. the washroom had stains all around, the ceiling and curtains had fungus and mold. absolutely disgusting.
+ Good location.
- Prices of the cafe are outrageous. Noise and party is on until late every night right next to the rooms. Every night they showed the room to people at 1am turning on the lights and not really caring about people sleeping. Wake up to guests smoking bidis inside room every morning at 6am. You get what you pay for, I guess.
+ I thought it was a room but they gave me hostel room with 4 sharing bed
- No one is come to cleaning washroom
I read a review that mentioned mould in a room. Black mould particularly - a health hazard. Sure enough this was apparent in my private room (6) in just a small spot in ceiling corner. I put up with it as minor hazard. However, urin smell in the ensuite was more of a bother to me which a worker offered to clean promptly on my complaint though I declined as I did not want further bleach smell either which was already super strong in the rest of the room Anyway windows could be kept open.
+ Really central location. Welcoming staff. Spacious rooms and hot water showers. Good price. Nice cafe. Free breakfast with private rooms.
- Unfortunately the hostel was very loud at night. Music was playing in cafe until around 12/1am, and because of the location, there are a lot of other restaurants and cafes around. 2/3 nights there were huge groups of young travellers in the restaurant next door playing music until 3am and shouting. We also had a family next to our room the same night who were making lots of noise from 5am (music, talking loudly etc). If noise is not an issue for you, then this hostel will be fine, but for us it was really difficult to sleep. Also not sure how often the bed linen is washed. The first room we stayed in the blankets smelled of stale smoke, and we noticed they weren't changed for next people when we moved rooms. Overall, it's a good, budget-friendly, sociable hostel and the staff were great!
The room was good but the staff was not very helpful. The property entrance is a bit downhill so I case you are not carrying a bagpack be ready to pick up your luggage bcs no one will come and help. Food was okay. Location is nice but since I had a back ache, just that walking downhill with my luggage n then 1 floor up was a pretty bad experience for me personally.
+ Cafe is really nice, it was too cold to sit outside but there was a nice chill room ‘inside’ available where you could just hang out all night. Dorm room had curtains, lockers and a hot shower.
- Dorm room was a bit unclean, especially the inside of the locker and floor was starting to degrade and let loose a bit.
+ Bien situé à Old Manali Patron et personnel sympa Belle salle à manger et bonne cuisine
- Les chambres sont vetustes Particulièrement la 306 porte d entrée de l intérieur ne ferme pas c est gênant surtout la nuit Salle de bain ça fuit de partout Besoin de être entretenu
+ Breakfast was costly
- Food and drinks costly .no soap in bathroom
+ the views from the balcony outside my room were stunning.
- The balcony could be accessed from the street, I was joined by a stranger one morning who saw me from the street and wanted a chat.

+ I stayed at Non Stop Café and had a wonderful experience. The place has a great vibe, perfect location, and warm hospitality. A special thanks to Vijay bhai, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He personally supported me with every problem and made sure I was always comfortable. Truly one of the most genuine and kind hosts I've met. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Manali!"

+ Cafe is really nice, it was too cold to sit outside but there was a nice chill room ‘inside’ available where you could just hang out all night. Dorm room had curtains, lockers and a hot shower.
- Dorm room was a bit unclean, especially the inside of the locker and floor was starting to degrade and let loose a bit.

+ היו לנו אחלה יומיים בהוסטל, הצוות ממש נחמד ומסייע במה שצריך, החדרים נעימים והמיקום מאוד מרכזי ונגיש. מי שרגיש לרעש עלול להיות לו מאתגר. המחיר מאוד שווה את ההתארחות!
You get what you pay for, no frills, does the job, and In a beautiful quaint part of Manali. Entrance is a bit tricky to find but all in all I loved my stay (extended for 2 extra nights). Don’t expect a social atmosphere though, I didn’t interact with a single other guest whilst there as no one seems to want to talk.
+ Everything it was really clean, the food and personal wonderful, I slept very well and even they help me to find a reliable way to go to Leh! Thank you!
It was an amazing experience to live at this hostel. They had a great indoor shop for hiking gear, free rental locks as well as good food. The only reason I am cutting some points is that some people staying there were rude to switch lights on at 4 am, talk and slam doors while the rest of us were sleeping. They owner was very nice and polite, but I feel he should have reprimanded them or at least talked to them about learning to respect the quiet hours.
We really enjoy our 5 day stay at the Culture Nation Hostel, where we had a nice private room. It is very nicely located in Old Manali with a lot of nice shops, restaurants and cafes. They have a lovely rooftop area for socialising with nice views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend staying there
+ Chambre confortable, personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique, bon petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant avec une carte très variée. Je suis arrivée à 8h et j'ai pu avoir ma chambre immédiatement. Après un voyage de nuit en bus, c'est très appréciable.
