EBS Hostel London

This hostel has bed bugs and didn’t try and get rid of them until everyone had been bitten in the hostel.

Worst hostel I've ever stayed in. Their reviews on hostelworld got so bad they dont advertise there anymore. Smells like a kennel. Bitten by bed bugs at night. They admitted on hostelworld they have to treat for bedbugs. No instructions on how to get in and staff barely there. No security, just a code to a keybox to get in that they don't even send you the code for, but anyone could get in as the box is usually left on the correct code, a stranger stole the keys while I was there. The staff took all my bags from the floor and lost some of the items, I reported the bags lost which they then lied about to hostelworld and blamed me for, Hostelworld sided with me as I had the messages. The manager is horrible.

Would give 0 if I could. Bedbugs, mould, horrible staff, no security, things going missing, i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy
