Felt very unsafe here as anyone can walk in and in quite a rowdy area, room also had no windows and smelt bad felt like a coffin
L’établissement est bien situé, mais pas très bien isolé: dans les 1ers étages vous risquez d’entendre la musique du bar du dessous et nous entendions nos voisins de chambre. Cela dit, nous n’avons peut être pas eu de chance, mais le personnel était sympathique et réactif à nos demandes.
The property is well located, but not very well insulated: on the 1st floors you might hear music from the downstairs bar and we could hear our roommates. said that, we may not have had luck, but the staff was friendly and responsive to our requests.
AVOID!!!! Booked it last minute after reading *some* good reviews. - At night, the entire place reeks of marihuana, rooms included. - Jewellery disappeared from my room DURING the night. I had left some earrings on a table close to the door on my LAST NIGHT. In the morning, they were gone. I know where I had left them, emptied every single bag/pocket, and they were gone. Staff were unhelpful about going through security footage. I then found awful reviews about security on other websites.
Man konnte alles von den anderen Zimmer hören und außerdem, die Sauberkeit war nicht unbedingt gut… in meine Toilette habe ich Haaren Extensions gefunden und es wurde nicht während meine Aufenthalts sauber gemacht. Die Lage war sehr chaotisch, aber irgendwie auch cool und das Personal war mega lieb!! (Alle Thai). Sehr ruhiger Hostel.
I could hear everything from the other rooms and besides, the cleanliness was not absolutely good... in my toilet I found Hair Extensions and it was not cleaned during my stays. the location was very chaotic, but somehow also cool and the staff was mega lieb!! (All Thai). very ruhiger Hostel
not worth the money. Beds were very old and weak,small bathroom,not spacious enough
We found Thai Cozy House to be functional but very basic. Was good to have AC and a fridge and the bathroom was fine but the internal walls were like paper so you could hear absolutely everything in neighbouring rooms & along the corridor. Located right near Khao San Road (and directly next to a pungent cannabis shop…) which is great if that’s what you want, but not near any metro station or other key tourist hotspots in Bangkok. Fine for a couple nights but you can get more for your money.
The property is situated right by Khaosan road which is ideal, about a 10 minute walk to the Grand Palace. But a good half an hour taxi from Downtown Bangkok i.e. Lumphini Park. Staff were friendly enough when we checked in/out. The hotel is a bit noisy but this is expected given its location, there also wasn’t a very pleasant smell in our room. If you don’t have a balcony room, the rooms are quite dark. That being said amenities in the rooms are more than adequate with a nice bathroom also ...

Nice hostel but don't expect too much. There was also a weird noise during the night, sounded a little bit like construction and it didn't stop

Felt very safe as a single female traveller. Located really near Khaosan Road without it being loud, and they allow you to store luggage after you checkout so you don’t have to carry it around all day.
Really well located. Stayed in a private dorm was everything we needed had a massive fridge. Check in was easy and it’s far enough away from khao san road to not be too noisy.
Perfect location about 5 mins from Khoa San Road. Quiet enough that it’s not an issue. Staff were lovely and the room was perfect, including a fridge and tv. The hotel lobby has a weed cafe in it, very hard to avoid in Bangkok however so not an issue.

Alles super, jedoch nur bedingt als Hostel für Solo Traveler geeignet.

Stayed in the private 2 single bed room- perfect location, beds were comfy and the staff were great. Only real downside was the lack of windows in the room

Not really a hostel at all, very much a hotel. rooms were perfect for us, no window to the outside made for a good sleep in, location could not have been more perfect, and the staff are so helpful, friendly, and efficient ! 5 mins from khao san without all the hustle and bustle on your doorstep. I'd go back in a heartbeat, highly recommend! no kettle in our room, but a massive mini fridge, a huge TV with netflix, and the most powerful showerhead I've had in bangkok. 10/10 for the simple travel...

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great and private rooms are cheap. The hostel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room has a tv with Netflix and towels are provided- every bagpackers dream lol
Nice friendly people/staff. Close to it all without being right on the “strip” a minute or two walk and you’re right in the middle of it all.. sweet spot. Small but good.
Well priced private room, right next to Khao San Road. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly!
