- Small rooms, a lot of loud noise (could not sleep because of it, because of poor sound insulation.

- Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel. Po wymeldowaniu pobrano mi kaucję w wysokości 1200 zł za rzekomo pobrudzoną pościel. Według mnie było to bezpodstawne i naciągane, a cała sytuacja wyglądała jak próba wyłudzenia pieniędzy. Pościel była używana w normalny sposób, bez żadnych trwałych zabrudzeń, a hotel nie przedstawił żadnych dowodów ani protokołu zniszczeń. Obsługa była niechętna do rozmowy i nie wykazała chęci wyjaśnienia sprawy. Bardzo nieuczciwe praktyki – czuję się oszukany i na pewno nie wrócę.

- Its VERY VERY cramped, even if you get the bigger room there is zero space to place you things, no place on the floor as all the place you get is to walk to the toilet, no cabinet or small wardrobe. They want a 1000 baht deposit which is mentioned but buried very deep in their booking page. It’s also very loud, you can hear everything from the corridor as well as from the street. The rooms smell weird and it’s overall a bad stay. I have no clue how is it rated so high on booking, look at google maps for a rating that reflects the hotel better.
+ Staff is friendly and supporting and aware what lacks in property.
- Don’t go pictures at all, room size and amenities at properties are below worst. Before booking one should visit and check if its worth spending 1 hour as well

Booked this hotel stupidly not knowing about the nightlife of Khao San Road so it was very loud on an evening and the bass could be felt despite being on the third floor. The hotel itself was great! Very clean, free juice & snacks at reception, rooftop pool, luggage room to store bags, a lift so no carrying suitcases up stairs! Very good value for money. We slept fine despite the noise but it’s definitely something to take note of.

+ Miły personel, czyste pokoje.
- Lokalizacja, obiekt znajduje się po środku ulicy na której są imprezy do 5 rano. Na 2 piętrze wszystkie ściany się trzęsły.

- It was really noisy at night hahah, but it’s our fault we didn’t check where we booked. Location was great though, nice to step outside and have all we need.
