- Chambre sans fenêtre une HORREUR. Je déconseille vivement . Sous sol chambre 16m2 impossible de ranger ses affaires . Évier de la salle de bain dans le couloir! Tu entends les voisins parlé ou autre...

- There were ants all over the room, crawling on me on the bed, and the air conditioning wasn’t working at all. The room conditions were so bad and it was so ridiculously hot in the room that I wasn’t able to stay there and had to book a different hotel for the night. I would respectfully like a refund.

- 部屋のメインの電源が何度も落ちる。窓の無い地下室、 直ぐ詰まるトイレ。無愛想なフロント。安いのと立地の良さかま唯一の救いか。またサイトで予約の際、支払い時に問題が起きて再度決済したら2重決済。こちらはサイトの問題。返金は一切対応してもらえない。

- Their facility is nothing like in images, and the rooms did not have a pleasant odor or anything, even the bedsheets were dirty. Even the ac did not work in the room. I checked in and checked out within 2 hours, despite of having fully paid for a 2 night booking. And the hotel staff refused to refund the money

+ Horribly small room below street level, bed was crammed so tight, couldn't tuck in sheets against the wall. No chair, no luggage rack, had to put luggage on the floor. No kettle, small bathroom, sink was in the already cramped bedroom!!! Horrible value....

- Номер дали на -2 этаже вместо окна было зеркало, хотя на фото букинг было окно. Вентиляция плохая, от подушек плохо пахло, на потолке пятна, крутом паутина, к проживанию не рекомендую.

- 这家酒店非常离谱，我说不要吸烟房，要安静的房间。然后他给我一个回非常简单的一句我们只有非吸烟房。这句话听起来很奇怪，因为平时所有回复的酒店都会是一个比较礼貌的方式说好的，但是他这个酒店的回复方式就好像是我提出了需要吸烟房，然后他们跟我很强硬地回怼一句。我还查了一下我是不是我自己写错说我要吸烟房了。这就是一个警惕的开始，然后去到酒店，他并没有给我安排安静的房间，反而是在电梯的正对面，就是每个人都会要来到的地方。进到房间，首先打开冷气的时候，很强烈的一股酸臭，像是人一直住着不打扫也不洗澡所以会产生出强烈的酸臭的那种味道，打开冷气风吹出来的时候，这个味道就会飘出来。门口的那个洗手池里面扔着一卷快用完的纸巾，桌子纸巾筒里纸巾也快用完打开一看里面有用过揉搓一团的纸巾。整个房间的墙壁，洗手盆附近，柜子上，还有厕所的墙壁上。都很奇怪的有一些喷射的液体的痕迹。这些液体干了之后是那种红褐色的，我都不敢想到底是什么，我自己把它擦干净留下马桶后面的实在恶心不想擦了。这个酒店我已经没有定最小的那一间。是17平米的，谁知道进去之后小到是无法放比20寸登机箱更大的箱子的。床上的用品看起来也没有更换，因为枕头睡上去就是那种让你想起以前八九十年代睡在低端宾馆，然后因为卫生条件那时候不好，总是有一种潮味发霉混合人体的那种味道。至于隔音就更不用说了，隔壁有人用卡去开房间门的时候我就吓到了，我以为是开我的门，另外冷氣开到最低温最大风也只是仅仅让你不流汗而已，洗澡的热水隔30秒就會突然变冷水1秒钟再恢复，太夸张了，这个酒店是我在泰国住到最差的。我也住20～30美元的酒店，也不会这样，入住时间周末要65美元，真的是这辈子都不会再来的酒店。

- This hotel operates on a fraudulent business model. Added a day to reservation through Booking and hotel increased the rate for every day of my 7 day reservation! Charged me an extra US$96. No mention of rate changes on Booking's site for modifying reservation. Could have simply added a night and would have if fees were disclosed. Complained to management they could care less. "Nothing we can do." Said so twice. Even refused to communicate Booking's customer service which was excellent. Booking needs to disclose rates for modifying a reservation! I can understand fees for canceling a reservation but I added a day. I cannot recommend this hotel. Bad management that couldn't care less about their customers. Dishonest!

+ The hotel is in a very central location with good access to public transportation, which is definitely a plus. However the hotel is quite basic overall. You have free coffee and tea in the lobby.

- The window cannot be opened and the cleanliness could be improved.

+ Great location. Good price. Nice room. No messing about.

- It's bit Congested and they can reduce the Size of the Bed so that, There is good space available in room.

+ Location- great! Just 10mins walk to BTS/Mrt. 711 is just 1min walk away. Stages are friendly.
