Central Hostel

The location is pretty good. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people outside the hostel. Besides that the hostel doesnt smell good. The bathrooms and showers weren’t clean at all, even after someone came to “clean” them there were hairs everywhere and it didnt smell good. Besides that there were 2 dead bed bugs on the bunk bed I slept in…

Looking under my mattress (I always check for bed bugs) and it was covered in mould, food matter and insects. I complained to management, as I have a mould allergy and asthma and they gave me another bed in the same dorm. This bed was the same. They then offered a bed in a 6 bed room. This room smelt terrible as there was no option to open a window and the bed was also mouldy. Management apologised but there was no offer of a refund and I slept in the original bed.
