Our first night at Enrico Hotel was met with my wife getting bitten by bed bugs. The manager moved us out of the room, but I know they moved someone else in there the next day. If I could attach a picture I would. The remaining nights we slept with the lights on. So far no effort to compensate for the trouble and I have tried to get a refund through my credit card company

Good location. Friendly staff There were bedbugs and it took 6 minutes before the water turned warm in the shower. The door was not very noise cancelling. The bed was very small for two people

This hotel is below a 1 star standard to point I left a night early the room was dirty and bed bugs I left a night early and booked another hotel I would like to have that refunded I tried to email the hotel but the email bounced back. I would suggest removing this hotel\hostel off your list
