- Honestly, this was one of the worst stays of my life. The apartment was filthy and nothing like the pictures at all — total false advertising. The bathroom was a nightmare, sewage was literally coming up from the drain. The whole place smelled bad and felt unhygienic. They advertised breakfast, but there was NO real breakfast. They literally gave us instant noodles (Indomie) and called it “breakfast.” That’s unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a place that charges money like this. On top of that, they took my security deposit and refused to return it. It felt like a complete scam from start to finish. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

- The room was too cramped. Honestly listings like these shouldn't be on Booking.com, it lowers the platforms integrity. I stayed 2 nights at the place and then reserved another Agoda recommended place down the street. Why are you guys recommending this godforsaken place. This is not at all good for families. Only solo travelers who can't compare options should be getting this. I had to stay there because I arrived very late at night from the airport and it was the new year celebrations going all over.So I had no option but to stay there.

- 이 곳을 이용하려는 한국인들이 이 후기를 발견할 수 있다면 좋겠습니다. 스캠 숙소입니다. 숙박비를 전부 내고 체크인한지 이틀차에 숙소가 일방적으로 부킹닷컴에서 제 예약을 취소하였고, 사유를 묻자 자신들이 제게 업그레이드된 방을 제공했기 때문에 취소할 수밖에 없었다는 황당한 답변을 하였습니다. 방을 업그레이드하면 예약을 취소한다는 것도 처음 듣는 이야기이고, 방이 기존 싱글룸과 전혀 다를 바 없어 업그레이드된 사실도 몰랐습니다. 업그레이드하였다면 그걸 미리 알려 주어야 할텐데, 체크인 시 전혀 말도 없었으며 업그레이드했기 때문에 제게 잘못이 있다는 태도가 어이가 없었습니다. 저는 그 후로 청소를 위해 키를 맡길 수도 없었고 언제 어떤 사유로 방에서 내보낼지 몰라 불안에 떨며 지냈습니다. 숙소의 예약 취소 사유는 정확히 알 수 없지만 부킹닷컴 수수료를 아끼기 위함이 아닐까 싶습니다. 혹은 실제 숙박했음에도 노쇼로 처리하여 이중 비용을 청구하려는 건지도 모르고요. (이것 때문에 너무 불안하여 여행일정이 남았는데도 제 카드의 해외결제를 막아두고 현금만 사용했습니다.) 어쩌면 마지막 날 보증금을 떼먹기 위함이 아닐까 모르겠습니다. 부킹닷컴에 SS GREY HOTEL로 검색하면, 다양한 이름으로 여러 개가 뜹니다. 각각의 후기를 잘 살펴 보십시오. 저와 같은 경험을 한 사람들이 아주 많습니다. 예약 취소 이슈와 별개로 방 상태에 대해 말하자면 방음이 전혀 되지 않으며, 수돗물은 노란 빛이며 방 안에 벌레가 항상 있습니다. 침대 시트에는 소변 자국이 있고, 새 수건은 세탁하지 않았는지 립스틱 자국이 있었습니다.

+ Центр города. Рядом все что надо: Mcdonalds, 7-11, весёлые улицы, все торговые центры и метро.
- Отель на -1 звезду. Низкие потолки в здании (2.1 метра). Номер без окна. Требуют депозит. В соседнем номере какой-то псих кричал всю ночь. Администрация отменила мою бронь после выселения из отеля. Была ли это кража денег администратором или попытка сэкономить на комиссии booking'a сказать не могу. Чтобы переночевать между перелётами очень неудачное место. Своих денег проживание не стоит от слов совсем.

Would absolutely not recommend staying here. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. There was no running water the entire time (please keep in mind it was 35 degrees and humid every day, so not being able to shower was frustrating.) This also meant you could not flush the toilets. There was no proper kitchen or laundry facility, just an ironing board and a fridge. The management was very unhelpful, and the bathrooms/sinks were disgusti...
I never post negative reviews, but I do not agree with how many stars this hostel has, and don’t want other travelers to go here and get their hopes up. The room was very small, had no curtains, and no place to store your luggage. The place didn’t feel very clean. The hostel is fine, it’s just not at all worth the 8,8 it has now.

Great location in the center of Bukit Bintang, met a few cool people, there's a rooftop with a view on the main street of Bukit Bintang with bands playing just below, the toilets and showers were super clean, fastest wifi I've seen in a hostel, the staff takes care and makes sure everything is tidy, perfect for digital nomads and travelers who seek cleanliness and comfort + rooftop is a major plus
The check-in was smooth, I arrived early before check-in time and they allowed me to store my luggage until time I went exploring the neighborhood, probably my favorite in the all of KL, there's the street food 1m away and a lot of famous indian and chinese restaurants tooThen the hostel is clean, quiet, it's not a party hostel but it's in the party district so it's a good place to rest after partying Overall it was good to be staying in Bukit Bintang for some time, highly recommend!

Great location in Bukit Bintang, clean and well-designed, rooftop with a nice view, street food right next door, easy to get anywhere in KL

+ Location is excellent, very central for tourist activities and next to the food street. Staff is friendly and helpful and they upgraded me for free because they ran out of single rooms. The room itself is clean enough and comes with bar soap and shampoo.
- The hallways and such are pretty dirty. Not much noise insulation in the hotel. In my bathroom the sink was too close to the toilet so you have to angle your legs away to sit on it, which I've never experienced before in a hotel. Most rooms don't have windows I think, mine didn't. It's a super budget option for this location, which was fine for one night but I don't think I would have liked to stay here longer. Also they require a deposit that they give you back when you leave, which I also have never had to do before for a hotel.
