Había chinches y me picaron un monton

We found bed bugs a couple of hours into our stay and when we told the reception they asked whether we had put our bags into the pod. Because there was no room we had to leave our bags in lockers. They said they couldn’t give us a refund and offered us a different pod which we weren’t comfortable with as the risk so we checked out and found an alternative accomodation.

This place is infested with bedbugs. Got bitten all over my body and nothing was done to help. Extremely noisy and with the pods you hear every thing people are doing and saying. Avoid this place

El sitio huele mal (a pies) y nos picaron chinches de cama! No parece que haya muy buena higiene..

This property has bed bugs. I took a picture and showed it to the worker at the front desk and she said there were hikers there LAST week that brought the bugs. So people have been staying in this hostel for a week that did not get properly cleaned and fumigated. I was changed to a different pod but was grossed out so I left and had to go and clean all of my belongings. The hostel refused to refund the price of my stay even after not staying overnight.

La primera cápsula que me dieron estaba infestada de chinches, deben tener más precaución ya que tengo muchísimas picadas en todo el cuerpo y logré ver a una deben las chinches por eso supe al momento por qué tenía tanta comezón

There were bed bugs in my bed and they would not give me a refund

J'ai eu des punaises de lit dans ma capsules, j'ai eu des boutons sur le corps et quand je leur ai dit, ils ont nié en bloc et m'ont même accusé de les avoir ramener. Ils n'ont proposé aucune solution et m'ont juste dit de faire avec. La propreté devrait être la première préoccupation d'un hôtel. Pour le coup, ce n'est pas le cas pour eux.

Había chinches en la cama tengo fotos , me picaron avise y nadie hizo nada . Ahora estoy en una clínica y pagando consulta de 120 euros particular para que me vea un dermatologo..esto es inaudito. Aparte la limpieza de estas capsulas es solo un trapito con detergente y ya . No aspiran . Otra cosa mi capsula tenia sonidos raros y me dijeron que era el panel de corriente y nunca lo acomodaron me tocó dormir sin la tarjeta insertada para poder dejar de escuchar el sonido extraño , no me cambiaron de capsula.

Todo bien pero hay chinches terminé llena de picaduras

Im scratching from many bed bugs! The staff kindly treated my mattress but the problem was not limited to my bed. Would not recommend.

Bed bugs! We changed beds once, others had the same issue while staying there and we both had many bed bug bites when we left there. The capsules are also made out of plastic and they squeek on every move. It’s a really noisy environment to sleep.

Ich hatte ein fleckiges Handtuch, mehrere Bettwanzen in meiner Matratze und leider hat man schon sehr früh morgens das nervige Quietschen einer Kapsel gehört, in der jemand Spaß hatte
