I stayed at this hotel for one night and forgot my wireless buds on the charger in the room. I tried to contact the hotel multiple times after my departure—by phone, email, and social media—but never received any response.It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional that no one from the staff bothered to follow up or even reply. Très bien pour une nuit si on veut être pas trop loin de la gare routière. La chambre est propre et la salle de bain aussi, mais le manque de fenêtre peut rendre le lieu désagréable si on veut rester plusieurs jours. Pas adapté à faire des rencontres c’est plutôt comme un hôtel.
The room is clean and the bathroom is clean too, but the lack of windows can make the place unpleasant if you want to stay for several days. not suitable for dating it's more like a hotel.
