- Unable to sleep in morning, somebody smoking outside and smoke coming inside, bedsheet was dirty, the bidet was broken, shower was rusted, lizards, cockroach and mouse was found in hotels corridors. The bathroom door was broken and was told to counter and nothing was done to help us. Only 2nd day after complaining to manager he let us change room. After changing the room found rodents loitering around corridors. The staff was not helpful. Very2 bad, wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

+ I come there and the staff said all room are fully booked. Also the rude receptionist staff and his manager.

- The whole room is dirty. The walls, the bedsheets, the bathroom, the ceiling. Got a 6 inch ragged hole in the ceiling. Curtains tied with raffia strings. Desk and bedside table looked like from a rubbish dump. Walls have dirt smudges. Window sills not cleaned for a long time. Bathroom walls and floor mouldy. Wash basin, toilet bowl and soap holder got yellow stains. Aircon control unit problematic. And the SMELL of the room - stale musty rank that makes me sick. Terrible!
