Snite Hotel & Dorm

The staff was a bit rude and kept telling me on and off that our reservation was confirmed, and then it wasn’t. It was extremely stressful as I was travelling at the time and already dealing with a lot of other things. When we got there the staff was unwelcoming (it was very late, though), and provided zero information on the facilities. Then we found out they had bed bugs. I requested a refund, but they ghosted me. Zero customer service and totally unclean. We had to pack up pretty much right when we saw the bedbugs and find accommodations at 1 am.

BEDBUGS IN THIS HOSTEL. The absolute worst place I have ever stayed anywhere in the world. Facilities disgusting, beds uncomfortable small and smelly, and infested with bedbugs. I found and killed one, but woke up covered in bites. Strange man staying in bunk next to me grabbed my foot in the middle of the night because he thought I was snoring (it was someone else in the dorm), and he kept banging on the side of the bunk. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

there is no kitchen or mutual area, staff is always in reception but almost non existent, very passive. anyone can enter from door until rooms and staff will not even realize this. no questions asked no interactions made. the rooms looking to street are noisy all night. if you are a light sleeper bring some air plugs. there are some. long term guests were staying in my room and one of them was shouting randomly and other one was singing from time to time just like that. there is not much hostel vibe between guests. previous guests mentioned bedbugs, i checked my bed and pillow and it was clean but check yours also. bathrooms are usually dirty and outdated.

I had a very bad experience with this place. I found large bed bugs (around 9 mm) in my bed — not just small ones, but clearly visible and very disturbing. I informed the hosts about this issue in advance and asked to change my bed or room. They initially said it would be possible, but after a few hours they told me that everything was already fully booked. This was very frustrating, because I reminded them multiple times, yet they still checked in other guests and left me without any solution. The only option they gave me was to stay in the same bed with bed bugs, which is absolutely unacceptable. I had booked the place for about a week, but had to leave the same day urgently. No proper action was taken to fix the problem, and the condition of the bed was clearly unsafe and unhygienic. I have stayed in many hostels before, and this is the first time I faced such a serious issue. Overall, it felt like the place is not properly maintained and basic hygiene standards are ignored. I would not recommend staying here.

Des punaise de lit et certainement aussi des tiques. Les draps ne sont pas changer entre les voyageurs, nous avons trouvé de nombreux cheveux dans les draps et ce qui semblait être des crottes de nez sous l'oreiller. La lumière est allumée 24/24 dans la chambre et la clim vous fait voyager au pôle nord -10000°. Les chambres sont très bruyante et les entrées dans l'hotel ne sont pas contrôlé, pas de badge ou de clés. La salle de bain homme est limite. La salle de bain femme était correct Mais surtout les punaise de lit, nous en avons trouvé trois fois. L'établissement est a fuir même pour une question de prix je ne retournerai jamais là-bas.

This place has a horrible bed bugs problem. The staff didn’t seem to be phased so I doubt it is getting fixed! The staff were borderline rude and there’s no locks on the bathroom doors. The place is a pig sty. There was no power for my first night. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at!

Having cameras in the dorm room. Kinda felt like they were recording us getting naked to sell on the internet. Having bedbugs in the bed and the next day that mattress wasn't thrown away and another girl slept in it and had more bed bugs bite her. Never any toilet paper nor hand soap had to travel the floors in search of those items. No towels.

When I arrived, the floors in the dorm were quite dirty, and this did not change during my stay, as the dorms did not seem to be cleaned (at least not the floors). On my last morning, I woke up to a bed bug crawling on me and realised there were bed bugs present. There was one toilet per floor, which often lacked toilet paper in the morning, although it was easy to go down to reception on the first floor to ask for more. Overall, the level of cleanliness did not feel great. Also, there is no common area, only the reception.

Que el lugar esta lleno de chinches. Es peligroso las picaduras por que transmiten enfermedades. y rentan sin responsabilidad con tener las habitaciones llenas de chinches.

Tras haber dormido en este hotel tuve picaduras en mi cuerpo que posiblemente corresponden a chinches o pulgas; me hago la pregunta de si desinfectan el hostal de vez en cuando; aparentemente la limpieza no es por lo que el hotel se preocupa, ya que los baños y las habitaciones necesitan de más cuidado al respecto.

Bed Bugs!!! This hostel has a serious problem with bed bugs. I stayed for two nights and couldn't sleep in my bed the second night because of too many bed bugs. I got more than 400 (!) bites from bed bugs on my entire body and had to go to a doctor after this!!! Just imagine this... The management knows about the bed bugs and still lets people sleep there. How dare you?! Furthermore the guy with the glasses who works at the front desk at night is extremely rude to the guests.

There were bed bugs, I have bites all over me. Pillow was very flat, staff were not welcoming, place was not clean.

Die unterkunft hatte bettwanzen. Empfehle ich keinem. Gebt lieber paar euro mehr aus als den stress dann zu haben

Everything. Worst experience ever. This place is completely fake and completely fraud. They are nothing like shown in the picture and they promise you facilities without even giving you basic necessity. The list of the problems start with the BED BUGS. Their entire furniture is infested by bed bugs and I could see marks on myself just after sleeping 4 hours in their dorm. The dorm rooms are cramped with zero ventilation and broken walls. They give common dorm rooms to both males and females as well as kids. Completely non-sanitary place. The locks in the washrooms and toilet are broken or do not work. Even if they are charging you meagre amount, it is definitely not worth going. I would rather stay out in an all-night cafe, than stay here again.

BETTWANZEN!! die Unterkunft hatte Bettwanzen und die Mitarbeiter hat es nicht interessiert. Da wurde nichts dagegen gemacht, es wurde nicht gesprayt, kein Kammerjäger geholt, gar nichts. Immerhin haben sie mir das Geld für meine Wäsche erstattet die ich komplett bei 60 Grad waschen musste damit ich keine Mitschleppe. Die Matratzen haben überall dunkle flecken das heisst dass die Wanzen dort schon ewig lang sind so wies dort aussah. Sie haben mir einfach ein anderes Bett angeboten. Sorry aber wenn ein Bett in einem Hostel befallen ist sind alle befallen. Wirklich bescheuert wie dort mit sowas umgegangen wurde
