J’ai contacté l’hostel après m’être rendu compte que j’avais oublié 200€ sur mon lit, sachant que l’auberge était vide et que j’étais le seul dans la chambre, l’hostel ne me répond plus après plusieurs échanges de mails et refuse de me donner une explication à la perte de mon argent
I contacted the hostel after realizing that I had forgotten €200 on my bed, knowing that the hostel was empty and that I was the only one in the room, the hostel no longer responds to me after several exchanges of e-mails and refuses to give me an explanation for the loss of my money.
I arrived with extremel bad food poisoning, the people there said that there was no reservation for me and to go to the other SkyLake place with same name. I got a taxi there and they said no, I had the correct address the first time. So I went back there and they said we don't have a bed for you here, you must stay there. I said no, my reservation is for here. He said well I dont have room for you so you will have to stay somewhere else. A backpacker came in after me and same thing happend to
Salle de bain absolument dégeulasse avec des sortes de bêtes dans le lavabo et le sol mouillé et brun. En bonus, je me suis faite électrocuter dans la douche. Ma chambre ressemblait à un dépôt avec des cartons posés contre le mur. Après avoir lu sur google qu’il y avait potentiellement des puces de lit je suis partie et je n’y ai même pas dormi. FUYEZ cette auberge même si le prix est attractif
The bathroom was absolutely freezing with all kinds of animals in the sink and the floor wet and brown. as a bonus, I had my shower electrocuted. my room looked like a storage room with cardboard boxes against the wall. after reading on google that there were potentially bed bugs I left and didn't even sleep. Flee this hostel even though the price is attractive
Completely misleading photos, cant believe it’s rated so high. the breakfast is dreadful and no lake view. our water in our bathroom didn’t work. our friends one did and it was minus degrees in the shower. the beds were like rock. we completely overpaid for what this place is worth. don’t do it.
A única coisa que salvou desse hostel foram os voluntários e o rasta! De resto, hostel com infraestrutura muito ruim, o quarto ficava com cheiro de esgoto e os voluntários eram quase que escravizados, não cumpriam com os combinados (que era almoço e dois dias de folga, e a carga horária correta)! O hostel se sustenta com voluntários e não os valoriza!
The only thing that saved this hostel were the volunteers and the rasta! moreover, hostel with very bad infrastructure, the room smelled of sewage and the volunteers were almost enslaved, they did not meet the agreements (that was lunch and two days off, and the correct hourly load)! the hostel is supported by volunteers and does not value you!
Pésimo alojamiento. Las camas sucias e incomodas, el personal no ayudó en nada. La ducha no funcionaba y fuimos a otro baño que daba la corriente al apagar al agua.
The beds were dirty and uncomfortable, the staff didn't help at all, the shower didn't work and we went to another bathroom that had electricity when the water was turned off.

Este lugar es terrible! Había reservado 3 noches y solo estuve 1 y me fui. Ellos ofrecen el servicio de cocina, pero la verdad es que no está en el hotel, está en una casa a la par que tiene una energía horrible, la cocina no tiene ni siquiera refrigeradora, ollas ni platos. Para poder utilizarla siempre me ponían trabas o me mentían diciendo que no había. Además de eso el baño sucio, el colchón incómodo, mal ambiente, y el desayuno si no llegas a las 8am ya no vas a encontrar nada.
This place is terrible! i had booked 3 nights and only stayed 1 and left. they offer the kitchen service, but the truth is it's not in the hotel, it's in a house next door that has a horrible energy, the kitchen doesn't even have a refrigerator, pots or plates. to be able to use it i was always blocked or lied to say there wasn't. besides that the dirty bathroom, the uncomfortable mattress, bad atmosphere, and breakfast if you don't get there by 8am you're not going to find anything.
S*** hotel, stay well away!!! As you will see before booking, the breakfast is included in the booking. Confirmation of this is provided once you complete the booking. However the staff will refuse to serve you breakfast and claim that it’s not included despite clear written proof that it is! Aside from that, the showers didn’t work at all (probably a good thing considering the bare electric wiring which could’ve been dangerous). Also the room stank of sewage, even after closing the ...
We were forced out of sky lake the first night and sent to a camp the other side of town. This is not what we expected and we had to walk all the way back to town to get the bus with our heavy bags. The camp did not have breakfast there when we wanted it and told us to wait another hour. We did not have time and this was awful service considering breakfast was meant to be included, we were told we could walk 20 mins down the road to the previous hostel we were forced out of. Demand a refund!

Malgré un problème de douche, le personnel a été très efficace et a tout fait pour le régler au plus vite. Ils étaient très gentil et présents. L’hostel est roots mais agréable et bien placé. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour.
Despite a shower problem, the staff was very efficient and did their best to solve it as quickly as possible. they were very kind and friendly. the hostel is rooted but nice and well placed. overall we had a good stay.
Is a lovely place, very center of Copacabana, you can go anywhere walking, they also help you booking tours, staff really cool, I had a lovely stay. The showers are lil bit sketchy, but all the places I’ve been in Bolivia was the same.
Not a great place to stay, breakfast wasn’t included and very noisy. Curtains didn’t shut and bathrooms needed updating and cleaning more frequently

Hostel très spartiate, pas de douche chaude ou risque d’électrocution, beaucoup de choses en mauvais état et ce n’est pas un vrai petit déjeuner, seulement quelques bouts de pain. Le personnel n’était pas là quand on est arrivé, on a dû beaucoup attendre. Je ne recommande pas cet hostel.
very spartan hostel, no hot shower or risk of electrocution, a lot of things in bad condition and it's not a real breakfast, just a few pieces of bread. the staff was not there when we arrived, we had to wait a long time. i don't recommend this hostel.
I really can recommend this one!! The stuff is soo friendly and nice! The location is amazing and the rooms are clean 🥰
El lugar estaba bien por el precio, teníamos una cama y estaba caliente el lugar pero había varias cosas que falló. Primero la ducha no funcionaba, era fría y botaba bastante o nada de agua. Además el lugar estaba sucio, varias pelusas debajo de la cama y como el baño no tenía una buena cortina ni una toalla en el piso, el baño se inundó. También, el hueco de la ducha estaba bloqueada. El Internet era muy lento y el desayuno defenitivamente no valía 10 Bob.
The place was fine for the price, we had a bed and the place was warm but there were several things that went wrong. first the shower didn't work, it was cold and leaked a lot or no water. plus the place was dirty, several fluff under the bed and since the bathroom didn't have a good curtain or a towel on the floor, the bathroom flooded. also, the shower hole was blocked. the internet was very slow and breakfast was definitely not worth 10 bob.

Nuestra estadía en el hostel fue excelente. El ambiente es muy agradable y se siente muy buena energía. Gary siempre estuvo súper atento con nosotras, ayudándonos y dándonos las mejores recomendaciones para conocer el lugar. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería sin dudarlo!
Our stay at the hostel was excellent. the atmosphere is very pleasant and the energy is very good. gary was always super attentive to us, helping us and giving us the best recommendations to get to know the place. i definitely recommend it and would return without hesitation!
Good location, nice staff, wifi was pretty poor and the bathroom was pretty poor
You get your moneys worth, however the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned, with mud all in the sink. The free breakfast was a nice touch but very basic. Was okay for one night but wouldnt stay longer. Uncomfortable beds too

Gary was brilliant, very welcoming and gave me lots of chats, advice and help! Location is great and rooms are nice. My only issue was the water in my room was cold but overall would reccomend it as the host is so welcoming and full of information.
quite mid, it was basically abandoned. the guy running it was dodgy, but at least it is supper cheap. the atmosphere is probably better in high season.
My only issue was that the showers wet cold.
