Sunflower Beach Backpacker Hostel & Bar

Unfortunately i will have to leave a bad review, even though i really did enjoy my time and the company in the hostel (friendly open atmosphere). The bed i was sleeping in was infested with bedbugs. It left me with bed bug bites covering my whole body which caused an bad allergic reaction (which i am still recovering from). I would not recommend sleeping in this hostel until they do a proper maintenance and cleaning of the sleeping rooms.

room reeked of cigarette smoke and was filthy, bathroom was dirty, door was broken& somerimes didn’t lock, no secure luggage storage (lockers in room weren’t lockable) check in (despite what they say on the website) is NOT 24hr, no soundproofing, aircon was broken. Was meant to stay 3 nights but left after one. Far more expensive than other hostels I’ve stayed in for half the quality.

Vor 1uhr Nachts gibt es keinen ruhigen Schlaf, da unten die Musik auf voller Lautstärke ist. Die Hostelcommunity ist auch auf den Gängen nicht leise. Fokus des Hostels ist Umsatz. Demnach sehr teure Angebote für BBQ (12€) nur ein kleiner Burger und Ausflüge für minimum 24€, die man auch selbst günstiger bekommt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist demnach nicht gut. Plus sind Klimaanlagen. Wer nur teuer Party machen will und spät ins Bett möchte, ist hier richtig.

They didn’t allowed me to put alcoholic drinks in the fridge which was ridiculous. This was the first time I’ve ever heard in a hostel in my life. That was really disrespectful. Other options was normal, not bad not good. The location is far from popular zone thought

several issues as a solo female. 1. The hostel is filled with weird guys and large groups who just stare at you and wouldn’t look away. Female travelers do not feel comfortable to chill around. 2. The room price they charge us is more expensive more than when we booked it( exclude tax), prices do not match. 3.the owner(old guy)is extremely rude and money-oriented,and scolded you for just 1 euro which is clearly his fault. definitely not worth you are paying for. female staffs are nice

Sweet and helpful staff, and good location, close to then beach. But very small rooms.. If you like loud music 24/7 this is the place for you ;)

I’ve meet the most amazing staff here and things were great until I met a host. A staff tried getting me some drinking water and the host stopped him and yelled at me to go to the kitchen for the tap water haha not sure if that was racism

I stayed in a dorm room with 4 people. The first thing about here is it is really a party hostel. If you want to have a relaxing beach vacation, you cannot have it here. Bathroom was so small and shower was almost inside of the toilet. I saw bugs on the walls. The staff was really helpful. The hostel was loud at night. Other people in my room partied all night and slept all day. Do not come here unless if you want to party or you are a solo traveler.

Advertised as a backpacker hostel, it’s definitely more of a party hostel. Not great for solo travellers, claims to be “social” but it was more social for people travelling in groups with their friends. The majority of guests party all night and sleep all day. The kitchen also closes at 11pm which isn’t ideal. Overall, good for a couple nights but wouldn’t stay any longer.

staff were great, location wasn't except the saving have is for it being right by the metro bus to take into old town. not much to do, see, or eat around the hostel itself. the breakfast for 4 euros looked very disappointing, eggs just some buns and jam.

Todo excelente. El recepcionista Nicolás fue muy amable y receptivo. totalmente recomendable

Was here for a few nights, didnt know what to expect but it turned out to be the classic great hostel, great friendly staff with great recommendations. Also got great food cooked every night i was there, highly recommend

I had the best time in this hostel. A wonderful place to meet nice and kind people travelling. The hostel workers are very welcoming and nice. The bar is great, and special mention to the pasta social dinner ! Will miss this wonderful place 😊

Solid hostel, old-ish place but that's fine

The hostel was quite social. Also amazing price for both the stay and the drinks at the bar . Lastly, love the solidarity, it made me feel really safe🍉

I had a nice time at Sunflower beach backpacker hostel:) The room was a bit small for 4 people but it worked. The shower was really good but the bathroom was super small so the whole floor got wet. The atmosphere was super good and it was fun to sit outside and get a drink at the bar. Overall a positive experience🌞

Gezellig hostel! De gratis pasta is ook echt een plus. Als je vaker het centrum van rimini in wil dan zou ik overwegen bij het andere hostel te zitten

Für den Preis hat es soch absolut gelohnt, alles war sauber und die Lage unmittelbar am Strand

I don’t normally write reviews but back when I stayed here it was actually such a good hostel. Super easy to meet people and the people I met were dope. Having a bar in the hostel is a must and this place serves liter beers so you know we were getting rowdy. Highly recommend.

I stayed in a private room and it was superb. Clean and comfortable and a block from the beach. It did get a bit loud but overall it was an excellent stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Good hostel. Small but still very social bc of pasta nights and activities so everyone just sits together. Not far from the free beach so great location

i loved this hostel! everyone who works there were so helpful and kind. i met tons of people and had so much fun.
