Lo unico que tiene bueno es la ubicación. En la recepción la mayor parte de recepcionistas unos bordes y antipáticos. Tuvimos un problema con un compañero de habitación que no paraba de ahogarse roncando durante toda la noche, y no nos pusieron ninguna ayuda. En tema de limpieza, LAMENTABLE. Las duchas estancadas y llenas de pelo. Los baños con olor a pis y manchurrones tanto por los suelos, el inodoro y la pica del lavabo. Una pena como esta de descuidado TODO.

Le camere non vengono pulite con regolarità e vengono lasciati oggetti di ospiti precedenti. Dice di offrire la colazione inclusa, ma la scelta e la quantità offerta è scarsa. Oltre a questo la colazione è disponibile solo dalle 9 alle 10:30 senza possibilità di anticipare. Parte del personale è molto gentile, ma alcuni sono anche piuttosto scorbutici inutilmente. Viene fornito solo un asciugamano piccolo. Il prezzo richiesto è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti, posizione buona.

The staff was comingin during the day and night pissing in the toilet and not flushing so every morning i had a surprise from them in the toilet, no toilet paper, bedbugs literally it was SO ITCHY sleeping there. Middle aged people and homless sleep here which is super shady and they make SO MUCH NOISE!! I recommend any other hostel this is terrible, their keys broke and chaged me

Very dirty! Bedbugs staff pissed on the toilet and didn’t flush or wash hands (there was no soap nor toilet paper) with dirty hands they do your breakfast, its itchy to sleep there because of bedbugs and some homeless drunks arrive there so you can expect snoring and loud people, book another hostel and save the trouble

Da donna viaggiatrice da sola non mi sono sentita per niente al sicuro. Uno della reception è entrato tre volte nella stanza mentre ero presente per “controllare” qualcosa. Cosa, però, non si sa. Le casseforti: non lo dicono che la chiave che ti danno le apre tutte. E se usi un tuo personale lucchetto o metodo di tenere al sicuro le tue cose TI FANNO PAGARE, È VIETATO. Pulizia inesistenze. Bed sheets and pillow case were dirty, had to ask them to change them. The place where the lamp is near the bed is full of dirt. The toilet is glued to the door which makes it very hard to use. I've seen better hostels for way lower price. Location is perfect near old town square and staff were nice.

I stayed at the hostel for only two days. On the second day, there was no hot water, and because of that I couldn’t take a shower. At the reception, they said there was an electrical problem in the building and that, since it was the weekend, it couldn’t be fixed. The hostel was already aware of the issue and no one informed me. The staff were not friendly, and from the room we could hear all the noise from the hallway, it was very noisy during the night.

Es war sehr dreckig und man musste das benutzte Toilettenpapier in den Mülleimer statt in die Toilette werfen. Außerdem wurden uns falsche Betten zu gewiesen und nur durch einen Aufpreis konnten wir in unsere richtigen Betten. Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, wirkte wie in einer Quaratenestation, weil alles weis gestrichen war und die Betten mit halbhohen Wänden umgeben waren.

this was such a s***** hostel don’t get me started the body fluids stains on the mattresses, the sewer smell during showers, the lack of ambiance. I mean if it’s a cheap place to sleep it off on a dirty mattress it’s ok, but if not don’t book it :(

The bathroom light wasn't working during my stay, but overall, everything was good.

Amazing location, very close from the city center, market and parties. Had no problems, just thought it was a bit weird the need of dropping the key of rooms on the reception every time I was going out, which made me feel a lack of security. The room was okay, delivering what you expect for the price you pay.

Loved this hostel! 24hr reception, GREAT location walked everywhere. The female only dorm was very private

First off, this is the first hostel I’ve ever seen where, if you book four beds in a mixed room, they do not actually keep you together. Why would I book four beds under one reservation if we are not going to be placed together? There is an extra charge per person to be put together. Then they tried gaslighting us by saying all hostels do this… um, no they do not. This is also the first hostel that does not give you a key card or room key to keep with you. Instead, they take your key back b...

The hotel was good, and the price was excellent for the location. Unfortunately, there was water on the bathroom floor when I checked in. I asked them to clean it up, but they didn't respond to my request.

Great Staff and vibes! But most of the bathrooms and shower doors would slightly open even when locked… :/ And no curtains either for the beds

personale molto educato e disponibile, sempre molto gentile e disposti ad aiutarti inclusa Afruja la ragazza che spesso si trova nel turno del pomeriggio.

Sabir the receptionist was a big help getting my friend and I into the same room. For what you pay, It's great. Big lockers to fit all you things. I slept like a rock.

This Hostel is in a great location. Certain things like towels and hand soap cost extra, so don't be expecting those, but the rooms are clean. Sabir at the front desk was very helpful when we were checking in.

Очень приветливый и коммуникабельный персонал! Просто 🔥 5+++++…. Единственной проблемой было найти где находится,навигатор подводил! Все остальное на высшем уровне! Огромное спасибо!Буду рекомендовать своим знакомым!

pretty bad overall imo

The location is really convenient. One of the receptionist (female) was very nice, the other one’s not really. The facilities are fine but they weren’t really clean (the shelf near the bed, the bathroom).

Good location, very close to the center downtown, a lot of bars and attractions close, the cleanliness of the property was not so good, also the breakfast option was very poor
