- I have never written hotel reviews before, but this one I simply cannot stay silent about. If you want to experience the worst possible front desk service, head to the Meetme23 hotel. From the very beginning, we couldn't even get into the hotel because the door was locked, even though the hotel's website stated that the reception operates 24/7. We only managed to get inside because other guests happened to arrive. The person at the reception did not speak English, was rude, openly aggressive, and refused to provide our room, even though Booking.com had confirmed the reservation and blocked the payment amount. It took about a hour for us to finally receive our room key, all of which took place well after midnight. While we were there, another guest approached the receptionist with a simple request for towels. After waiting for 30 minutes, the receptionist just pointed at the clock and refused to provide them. The worst hotel check-in experience ever.

+ Das Wc war sehr sauber.
- Klima hat leider nicht funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war sehr kalt. Ausserdem wollten wir ein Doppelbett haben, haben 2 Einzelbett bekommen, auf unser Wunsch haben wir dann doch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Bett und die Kissen, waren sehr unbequem. İch werde morgen meinen Ortopaeden aufsuchen. Die Lage war Zentral.

- we paid $968.32 for 3 nights. there was no table, no stool/chair in the room. No drinking water. No phone, no notepad, no pen, no towels, no body wash lotion. The shower worked but the sewage was clogged. After my wife taken shower, I dared not to use the shower because the floor was full of water. Three days, no body cleaned the toilet nor the room. The windowsill covered with bodies of dead flies. We wanted to clean the toilet ourselves had there been detergent available. We left a note requesting for sewage repair nobody cared. It's the meanest hotel we've ever experienced in the past 30 years.

+ La ubicación al lado de la estación central de trenes de Praga y solo a minutos caminando de los principales lugares turísticos de Praga.
- Tal vez sería adecuado que coloquen cortinas que permitan tener privacidad y también que de alguna manera puedan separar a la gente que ronca demasiado.
+ Tiene muy buena ubicación, cruzando la calle al lado de la estación de trenes. El personal amable; las camas cómodas, la ropa de cama también; te entregan toallas. El Baño está equipado.
