Çocuklarımla birlikte bookingden sorunsuz rezervasyon yaptırdım. Gittiğimizde Checkin yaptıktan sonra çocuk kabul etmediklerini söylediler ve bizi içeri almadılar. Saat 22.00 gibi çocuklarımla mağdur edildik, ilk tatillerine maalesef Onefam Arnes yüzünden kötü başladılar rahatsızlandılar. Ücretimizi de iade etmediler. Dolandırıldık!

Worst hostel ever. Unprofessional and useless crisis management team. Did not protect travelers’ rights and safety at all.

Huge scam, don’t do the pub crawls. They gave away my ticket due to me being an hour late and they were aware that we would be late. Lack of experience by staff was evident from start to finish and extreme fines plastered everywhere. If you want a clean quiet hostel who rips you off this is the one for you. Terrible.

I live close to this place and a lot of people leaving this place ans passing the streets, making noise in the middle of night, terrible! If you spend some time here, please behave...

During payment, my bank did not allow the transaction to go through for security reasons. I communicated with the staff by email that same night and the following day, and later called them to give them the details of all the cards I own. My stay was really stressful, first my online payment wasn't accepted cause their terminal failed, then they wanted me to send them my credit card details to retry the payment. 1. There is only one hairdryer for the entire building. If it’s already taken, you’ll have to wait for someone else to return it. If it’s not returned, then you won’t have access to a hairdryer at all. It’s hard to understand why such a large hostel only provides one hairdryer. This is especially inconvenient for the women’s dormitory on the fifth floor, as you have to go down to the first floor to borrow it. There are alot of insects flying in the room…bad customer service, we wanted to get a refund as the room was not clean and there are insects,they told us they would call us thw other day for the refunds request…they ignored it and never updated and when they knew my number, they didnt answer…not recommened

Très bon hostel assez bien placé dans Prague. 30min max à pied de tous les lieux incontournables. Ma chambre de 8 était très bien : rideau pour l’intimité, très grand casier de rangement en dessous du lit. Mériterait cependant une petite étagère de rangement dans le lit et une deuxième prise. L’espace commun avec canapé, télé et cuisine est complet et full fonctionnel. Très convivial.

Perfekt für Solo-Reisen, um neue Leute kennenzulernen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal ist außerdem ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mir sind persönlich Diego und Ruby mit ihrer zuvorkommenden Art im Kopf geblieben.

Ostello consigliatissimo, è comodo arrivarci dall’aeroporto e per muoversi nella città. La struttura è pulita e offre molte attività di gruppo, ho apprezzato molto l’iniziativa della cena gratuita in sala comune, ottimo modo per fare amicizia. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Isabella che ha sempre cucinato per tutti e a Lenja e Tommy per averci accolto e aiutate con il check-in. Purtroppo non ho avuto occasione di conoscere anche il resto dei ragazzi ma mi sono trovata molto bene. Tornerò...

Ha sigut una experiència increïble. Les instal·lacions molt netes, i la gent encantadora. Súper agraïda de la Janice, en James i tots els treballadors i voluntaris per fer la meva estança tan agradable. Sense dubte tornaré!

O hostel é sensacional, o jantar familiar que eles oferecem é muito bom! Fui recebido pelo David e Adrian. Ponto positivo para o bolo que o David fez!

Un lugar increíble con gente increíble. Janice, Ivan, Mia y Vitor fueron súper amables y nos trataron excelente. 100% recomendado.

Muy limpio y el servicio excelente. Muchas gracias a David que siempre estuvo súper atento a todo :). La ubicación me parece buena porque es una zona residencial no tan turística como el centro, conoces otra cara de Praga.
