Y Hostel

El baño común estaba bastante encharcado todo el tiempo. El váter atascado. Una ducha bien y la otra no salía agua caliente y la otra averiada. La cocina estaba sucia y no daban ganas de cocinar. El ambiente por la noche desafortunadamente fue bastante hostil, porque habia 2 personas borrachas pegándose. Vino la policía y al final les echaron. Hemos amanecido con picaduras de chinches por todo el cuerpo tanto mi compañera como yo.

This was honestly the worst hostel experience of my life and I really want to warn anyone, especially solo travelers, before they book this place. I found bedbugs in my bed (photo below), which was already unacceptable, but things went downhill even further. Around 5 AM I was using the kitchen and the night staff member approached me in an extremely aggressive, rude and vulgar way. I immediately said I was completely fine with paying the 12€ night fee for using the kitchen, but instead of letting me pay he told me to pack my things and get out. He literally threw me out onto the street at 5 in the cold morning for using the kitchen. I’ve stayed in many hostels around the world and I’ve never experienced anything like this. After I contacted Booking.com, the hostel even tried to accuse me of stealing food, which was absolutely ridiculous. Booking reviewed everything, understood the situation and refunded me. I’m honestly shocked that a place like this is still operating. The staff member working the night of November 28–29 should not be working with guests at all. This place felt completely unprofessional and unsafe. My advice: stay far away from this hostel. There are much better and safer options nearby.

I had bedbugs on my pillow and cover on the last night. I informed the night guy and wrote to the hostel. They say it's an incident, but I noticed another review on 30th of september with the same issue, so this is definitely not true. Bathrooms were usually not clean, you have to press the shower every 5 secs, the soap never got refilled even when you specifically request it, the fridges smelled. In the room there was no light, only the small reading lights per bed. There was not really a communal vibe.

La cama llena de chinches, soy de piel sensible y a la primera noche ya estaba llena de ronchas, iba con mi hijo adolescente y también se puso así, de hecho se veían caminar por la cortina que cierra las camas, es una pena, por que puede ser algo de mucho riesgo y cuidado

Unfortunately I had bedbugs in my bed, so I changed room after staying a couple of hours. I really hope I will not drag them with me home. I was moved to another room, the receptionist was super friendly and did everything right. I hope they will sanitize the room to get rid of the problem. I would have liked to have a discount since I had to move beds at 01:30 at night, but was not offered.

We had bed bugs in the room. We shared a room with 4 solo travelers. The room was not completely evacuated, so the insects could not be removed. We did not get another room and were not informed about the extent even on request. Only a bed was occasionally checked and vacuumed after the departure of a guest, but that is not enough in my opinion. Old and new room guests were not informed about the bed bugs.

No había tanta limpieza. Las áreas comunes y pasillos son súper obscuros y en las habitaciones no hay luz. Hay ruido por las noches. Me dio bedbugs/chinches desde el día 1. Ojo!

Although the hostel staff tried to do their best to keep all the facilities clean, there were some problematic guests not respecting common areas and leaving them dirty, even smoking indoors. Also, I have to be honest, my room had bedbugs and obviously that was a discomfort that I wish the staff had discovered before my stay. However, they were very accommodating when I went to them with the issue and refunded me for most of my stay and did close the room for disinfestation.
