free shot for a review but said we could not have the shot because our review was not 5 star
I stayed here with a couple friends, we enjoyed our time because of the atmosphere and the room was big with a great kitchen. Unfortunately our stay was let down by some of the staff who were rude, especially when my friend was asking about allergies. The shower in the bathroom leaked making the bathroom unclean and difficult to use. They also offered us a free shot for a review but said we could not have the shot because our review was not 5 stars. However we still had a great time.

This is essentially a sports bar with some hostel rooms attached. The location is great, and if you're coming to Berlin to party, it's probably a good bet. But the hostel had basically nowhere to chill and meet people, the events were just shoving a bunch of people at a table, giving us watered down sangria, and telling us if we leave a positive review, we'd get a free shot. The breakfast was not worth 7 euro either. Far from the worst hostel I've been to, but not one I'd ever go to again.

Overall a good experience. Centrally located, I liked that the bar was connected, it made it so I could just go downstairs and grab a drink with other hostel members. Lars (I believe) was really amazing. The staff was all fairly friendly. I did have one situation, I accidentally booked through the hostel, not realizing that would deactivate my hostelworld app chat so I couldnt connect with other travelers for things to do. I asked to cancel so I could book through Hostelworld. I was told no refunds. That is understandable, but a bit frustrating. In the conversation, the other desk representative (not Lars) made a comment to the likes of "it seems pretty straightforward to me, its not our problem." That was not exactly a great customer service thing to do, but I dont blame the hostel for poorly worded comments, nor do I fully disagree with him, it was my fault to book through the hostel instead of through the app so I could get the benefits of the app chat. All that said, I would still come back and stay there if in the area. Lars won me over with his kindness and the rest of the staff was amazing.

楼下就是热闹酒吧，氛围很好，房间很安静，设施齐全。晚上还有免费鸡尾酒喝，出门就是地铁，很好的落脚地！
