Hotel Shobhna Palace by Sky Stays

We booked 3 nights stay weeks in advance but when we arrived late in the evening, we were not welcome at all. They saidthey do not allow foreigners and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Given the very dark and unhospitable location as well as the late time, this was very inappropriate. We had already paid a deposit, which we have not received back. They could have told us that we couldn't stay when we booked, or the weeks in advance of us arriving. The place and staff were very unhospitable
