- They did not have towels! The curtains on the bunks were old and falling off, could not close the curtains properly.

- Very unhelpful staff. AC not working properly. Many things were very inconvenient.

- There was something going on in one of the rooms near me. A woman screaming. I told receptionist but she treated me like I was imagining it. I tried to get into other hotels nearby but they were all booked out. I basically sat outside under a security camera all night. I don't know what happens in that place but avoid it if you're a solo woman traveller.

- The air-conditioning didn't work well at all, there is no safety deposit box in room, the place is not very secure. It was noisy from other guests over night. Planned to stay here for 3 nights but moved out after 1 night. The hotel refused to refund for the nights we didn't stay
The hostel have bed bugs, the manager it’s unprofessional and she's always mad and not helping for anything they do everything so complicated

- המצעים היו מאוד מלוכלכים. ניסיתי להחליף כמה מיטות אבל בכל פעם הם לא היו נקיים.
- We checked into the 6-bed dormitory and booked for 3 nights. We arrived at the hotel after a flight (at around 12:00) and were told the room would be ready at 14:00 (the normal check in time). After having lunch and arriving back at this time, we were told the room was still not ready. The room was ready almost 3 hours after said-called check in time! No apology, no reimbursements. The room itself was constantly dirty. Even after housekeeping “cleaned” the room, the floor was disgusting (and obviously the beds were not touched). One time, we came back to the hotel and found 3 Thai servicemen working on our AC in our room. No staff was present until we came inside the room and suddenly someone arrived (meaning no one was watching the guys and no protection was made on our stuff). And obviously the staff didn’t tell us about this ! Completely not ok. When paying for a room I expect privacy, everything going on inside my room is expected to be told to me and the other guests. This went on for another two hours meaning we were locked out of our room. Again - no apology, no reimbursements. At the beginning they said it would take even longer if we wanted housekeeping to come inside the room after the servicemen (which obviously we did) because housekeeping would need to clean the 9th and 8th floor first before coming to our floor. I demanded for housekeeping to come to our room first and the staff made a big deal out of the requests - like what?? We were locked out of our own room!! In general the staff never apologised for anything and the language barrier made it even harder to communicate. Another situation that occurred was that one of us needed a towel and when asked to have one and gave a deposit, was given a towel completely torn apart! The staff stated that they didn’t have anything else. In addition, they only take credit card! Including room payment and attractions. Again, not ok.
- Very noisy. Windows don't block any noise from the street. Shower had very low pressure. Bed was very hard.
Don’t go to this hostel, it’s dirty, smelly and people are disgusting ! Do not recommend !

+ Location really good. Original and nice design. Really clean!

+ It’s a really good location. A walking distance for most places. That alone is a reason to stay there. The bathroom was cleaned everyday.
- My biggest problem was that the beds were all close to each other and there wasn’t a lot of room to put your belongings. If the beds are all taken then it’s very crowded and messy. Also there are 8/9 floors and only one elevator which sometimes means you have to wait a while.

After seeing a few recent negative reviews I became abit worried, HOWEVER, this was a lovely stay, we had a private room and loved it. The staff were honestly incredible and so lovely. Words can’t describe how great the staff was :)
