BOOK Design Hotel

- La atención es pésima por parte de todos los empleados, desde el recepcionista que nos atendió hasta la gerente (que aún estoy esperando para poder hablar con ella cara a cara y no por teléfono). Nada más llegamos , con pocas ganas de trabajar, el recepcionista nos hizo el check-in. Como era antes de la hora de la entrada, nos hizo pagar 800bats adicionales para poder acceder, casi más que lo que nos costaba la noche. Hemos estado casi un mes y en NINGÚN hotel nos han cobrado early check in. Por si no fuese poco, entramos en la habitación para poder descansar y en la habitación de al lado estaban de obras, lo cual nos impidió el descanso. Unas horas más tarde, cuando salimos para hacer un tour, la puerta no cerraba. El recepcionista fue muy poco resolutivo. Tuvimos que dejar la puerta abierta (con parte de nuestras pertinencias dentro) hasta que lo arreglaron. Les pedí que me informaran a través de email sobre la reparación, y obtuve una respuesta tardía informándome de que iban a contactar con mantenimiento, lo que muestra que no tienen comunicación alguna entre ellos. Con respecto a la ubicación, está súper lejos de todo y debes depender de taxis.

+ הגעתי למלון ריח עובש בפרוזדור וגם בחדר. חדר עלוב כמו מחסן , אין תמונות רק מיטה, אין קפה בחדר, חדר לא נקי ומסריח, מרפסת חסומה ללא נוף. הגעתי על פי המלצות באתר וראיתי המלצות של שני נופשים שאמרו שהיו במלון פעם שניה ופעם שלישית ואף יחזרו...נראה לי מפוברק ולא אמין. הייתי לי חוויה גרועה. לא ממליץ להתקרב. בקשתי בלובי לבטל את ההזמנה ולא הסכימו. נאלצתי לאזמין מלון אחר דרך האתר בוקין על אותו תאריך ולשלם שוב , כל נסיונותי ליצור קשר עם שרות לקוחות של בוקין עלו בטאו ואין שרות לקוחות.מבקש זיכוי עבור הזמנה זו. תודה. יוסף פרטובי טלפון+972522410749

- מלון עם ריח עובש . חדר עלוב ולא נקי. אני חולה אסמה , נחנקתי מהריח. לא הצלחתי ליצור קשר עם שרות לקוחות שלכם כשעה בטלפון ואין תשובה.נאלצתי לעזוב ולהזמין מלון אחר דרך האתר שלכם על אותם תאריכים. מבקש זיכוי כספי . תודה

+ Gar nichts. --------------

- Die Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Bad sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Das Licht im Bad erbärmlich. Das Bad sehr, sehr klein, die Wände im ganzen Hotel sehr, sehr dünn. Es war die ganze Nacht sehr laut. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

- No answers form staff, unfriendly. I do not recommend.

- 一打開門像是很久沒人住過的味道撲鼻而來，室內整晚都如此。最糟糕的是衛浴裡面沒影洗手台，只有設在大門邊的小小洗手槽，小到不得了，刷牙洗臉時根本臉會撞到牆壁。

+ Het zag er mooi uit

- Het was niet goed schoongemaakt. Op het eerste gezicht leek het schoon maar de vloer was vies en er was veel achterstallig onderhoud in onze kamer. Het bed was ontzettend hard en de kamer super gehorig. We werden ‘s ochtends vroeg wakker van een huilend kind en we hoorden ‘s nachts andere hotelgasten op de gang. Het is niet mogelijk om een ontbijt te krijgen. We hadden geboekt voor 4 nachten maar zijn na 2 nachten vertrokken.

+ L'hôtel est a proximité de tout.

- C'est dommage qu'au vu des équipements et des espaces que l'hôtel dispose, ils ne soient pas exploités comme par exemple le petit déjeuner qui est en supplément a la carte, le café collé à l'hôtel qui ouvre seulement vers 8h et ferme déjà a 16h Pas de bar à l'hôtel La piscine était très froide La literie est très inconfortable L'isolation des chambres une catastrophe on entendait le voisin du dessus prendre sa douche, aller aux toilettes, parler et crier Problème de fortes odeurs de remontés des canalisations dans tout l'hôtel. Vraiment dommage pour cet hôtel

+ 1樓共用空間寬敞，且有提供餐具，簡易果汁、餅乾。 第一天抵達時，因房間打掃因素，延遲至下午3點才可以進入房間。

- 早上醒來察覺床單上有蟲，使用後皮膚會癢

+ Filtro de água que disposição com água gelada e quente

- Quarto fedia fossa... Pedimos pra trocar de quarto eles mentiram que estavam todos ocupados...a piscina estava suja.. a janela do quarto não abria... Tínhamos que ficar com o cheiro o horrível o dia e noite toda... Paredes todas rachadas..fiquei tensa... Paredes dos corredores manchadas...

+ โดยรวมดี ยกเว้นพนง.ไม่ค่อยใส่ใจสักเท่าไหร่ (มัวแต่ยุ่งกับมือถือ) และ ผนังกั้นระหว่างห้องค่อนข้างบาง นอนตอนกลางคืนจะได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างๆ ชัดแจ๋วมาก โดยเฉพาะเวลาที่เราเข้านอน 4 ทุ่ม แต่ห้องข้างๆ นอนตี 4!!!

+ Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. It features a sleek, modern design and includes all the essential amenities. The rooms are well maintained, with very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean floors, and a stylish, contemporary feel. The staff are generally friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to leave my suitcase at the hotel while traveling outside of Chiang Mai for a few days.

- WiFi was painfully slow and unreliable. There was a strange smell emanating from the bathroom.

+ Friendly receptionist Joy helpful staff. Nearby small cafes with great vibe.

- We booked a family room for 4. It will be great if the toilet and shower area separate.

+ good kitchen facilities, communal seating areas, little amenities like free juice

- pool was cold, below average washing facilities (shrunken clothes)

- 浴室蓮蓬頭水壓有點問題

+ Tout, propre personnel sympa, chambre spacieuse…

+ I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It offers excellent value for money. The staff were impeccable — very friendly and attentive. There is parking available, and overall the hotel had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I can definitely recommend it.

+ Nice hotel, value for money was Ok. Rooms are big and pretty maintained. Staff was mostly nice.

- Location is very far from everything.

+ Friendly staff and useful to have self service amenities/ kitchen area.

- No kettles (only 1 for the hotel) is not ideal for family travel. Kettle is necessary to take care of baby products and cleaning. Staff were all friendly but some front desk staff do need training on what the hotel does and doesnt have.

- 洗澡水壓不夠強

+ L'hôtel était très propre. Le mobilier au bord de la piscine étaient très pratiques : tables et chaises et lits suspendus à dispositions ainsi que des boissons à volonté (eau, jus de fruits, café...). Les chambres étaient grandes et design.

- La piscine était très froide car elle n'est pas exposée au soleil. Nous n'avons pas su en profiter. Nous avions une chambre au 4 ième étage, les bruits de la tuyauterie dès qu'une autre chambre utilisait la salle de bain nous réveillaient en sursaut (Nous sommes pourtant habituées à dormir dans le bruit et l' agitation de la ville). Vous pouvez rajouter à ça les bruits des chambres voisines car il n'y a pas d'isolation (ronflements,...). L'hôtel nous a changé de chambre pour les nuits suivantes en nous mettant au 5ieme et dernier étage. Les bruits de tuyauterie étaient encore présents mais c'était plus supportables. Malheureusement, pour la qualité de sommeil, je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Malgré avoir checker les avis avant la réservation, je n'ai lu que très peu de personnes le mentionner.

+ Fajna lokalizacja, czysto, miła obsługa

- Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja w pokoju, bardzo dużo kamienia na słuchawce prysznicowej, mieliśmy też problemy z odpływem w prysznicu.
