Tam Coc Sunshine Hostel

It is a place where you can sleep and that is it. No windows, beds not completely sealed so other people’s lights disturbs you, bathroom smells bad and overall not a good experience.

AVOID! The staff were rude, unhelpful, and repeatedly tried to charge me again despite my stay being fully paid. I booked an 8-bed dorm but was put in a 12-bed dorm with no apology or discount. Security was poor—the dorm and main front doors were always left wide open. The facilities were badly maintained, with bins left full and toilet paper often missing until I reminded staff, who were more interested in playing on their phones. They also wouldn't give the key deposit back to another guest...

Dobra lokalizacja i duża wspólna przestrzeń. Dostaliśmy łóżko obok dużego pęknięcia w ścianie, z którego wydobywał się smród. Drugie łóżko było w porządku. Łazienki ładne, ale śmierdziało moczem.

When I arrived the bedsheets had been placed as if the bed was cleaned, but the sheets were definitely dirty. They did change them when I asked, but multiple people complained about unwashed sheets during my stay. I was also put in the wrong dorm, a 12 person dorm while I booked an 8 person one. I could only transfer to the right dorm a day after arriving. Other than that, the staff was nice and facilities such as renting a bike and laundry service were fine.

Bon hostel mais pas très friendly et personnel pas vraiment aimable. Le check in se fait jusqu’à 22h et non 23h comme indiqué, et les prix de location de scooter/vélo ne sont pas les mêmes que ceux affichés dans l’hostel. Mais bon emplacement et lit super confortable!

Der Mitarbeiter schläft mit im Dorm und ist nicht unbedingt der leiseste. Er ist sehr freundlich aber extrem verpeilt, so hat er uns anstatt 4 Bustickets nur 1 besorgt. Die Rollermietung vierlief aber reibungslos. Um Dorm waren unmögliche Menschen, die mitten in der Nacht reinkamen und rumgeschrien haben, morgens das selbe. Sauberkeit der Zimmer naja, Bettwäsche wird nie gewechselt uns stinkt teilweise nur die Laken werden getauscht. Waschbecken werden nicht geputzt, WCs alle paar Tage

Great hostel and staff is great and helpful as well, everything is pretty clean only downside is that bed sheets are a bit worn out and are not changed between each guest.

The bare minimum, a bed and bathroom facilities, but nothing more than that. What is expected for the price.

Dorms are normal, bathrooms are clean, generally quiet and a really good price. Receptionist let me check in early too. A very normal hostel at a low cost

You get what you need, a place to sleep and have a shower. Lovely people working there ♡ But the reason for this review...best mattress at a hostel in whole of Vietnam! It was worth staying here just for that.

On our vacation through vietnam this has so far been my favorite hostel. The beds are soft and secluded. There's lockers underneath, there's plenty of bathrooms and they're all clean. There's free water which isn't something you get everywhere. Their moteorbike rentals are just a little cheaper than the going rate. There's a little hang out space if you are looking to get to know other travelers. The staff works to make sure you're comfortable and it was in a perfect location. Awesome experience...

It's basically a tour agency with some bunk beds in the back. For the price you can't ask for more... Good location, A/C, comfortable bed and hot shower

The location is great, this is really clean,quiet and cheap. Not really social but close to the vibrant center of Tam Coc.

Le staff est superbe cool , ils m’ont aidé avec des affaires perdus , ils sont vraiment aux petits soins :)

The location is great. The bathroom facilities annd beds are great as well. We could check in early which was nice. There is however no windows in the room which makes the air bad.

Really good value for money, much more affordable than most the other hostels in the area, but you don’t have to give up comfort or cleanliness. Dorm room and bathrooms were always clean and the hostel is in a good location. I would t recommend their laundry service, as my clothes came back damp, the lights turned a bit pink, and I lost a sock.
