I have a terrible problem communicating with the platform. I booked a two person room and when I got to the accommodation there was only a one person apartment and I couldn't stay there. I messaged you and never got a reply. The hotel said only the platform could cancel the reservation without costs, but because I can't communicate with you, I just lost 130 euros. It's the second time I have a problem with this website, I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I want my money back.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der allgemeine Bereich im Erdgeschoss mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Besteck, usw. für alle war super. In unserem Zimmer war das Badezimmer jedoch nur durch einen Vorhang vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt. Dafür war der Preis deutlich zu hoch.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the general area on the ground floor with microwave, toaster, best, etc. was great for everyone. however, in our room the bathroom was only separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. for this the price was significantly too high.
Excelente lugar ! Muy acogedor y bien ubicado! Solo se podría mejorar el aire acondicionado o en su defecto algún ventilador con mayor potencia, ya que las habitaciones son muy calurosas y dificulta el dormir. El personal muy afectuoso y amable para responder todas las dudas.
Excellent location ! very cozy and well located! only the air conditioning could be improved or if not some fan with higher power, as the rooms are very hot and it is difficult to sleep. the staff very affectionate and friendly to answer all questions.

Hotel Pigal is a beautiful place for your journey to Tarragona. It’s simple but we had everything we need. We felt perfectly comfortable and safe and Xavi is a very polite man. He gave us the best recommendations for the area!
Great friendly staff, clean and neat rooms and great location!
This place was amazing. The owner, Javier, was so nice and helpful. He explained the whole city to us and told us where we should go and what we should eat so that we have the best experience in Tarragona. Location was great also since it was super close to everything in the city.
