My Way Hua Hin Music Hotel

I messaged this 1 star hotel 🌟 . To check that they have ground floor rooms.. as my 83 mother was coming. They said no problem. We sort it when you arrive. On check in day . . They made us wait 4 hours. No ground floor. Floor 3.we ordered the supier deluxe. Nothing deluxe about this room. No lift. Shabby dirty little room. On the main road. Very noisy. Bed bugs. Fleas. Staff are rude. We asked to moved again. Yes tomorrow. For 300 extra each night and 500 for another bed in the room. Totally a rip off. They would not change the sheets. Unless we paid extra. What kind of a Hotel does this?.. the worst place i have ever stayed. . stay away from this place. They are only interested in overcharging you for dingy old room. Bad service team and bad facilities . Tv didn't work and gym was a few dumbells with bench. What a terrible place.
