- I booked 2 nights separately and both nights I had 1 german school group screaming all night on the hallways And the second night I hade a danish school group screaming all over the place

- I booked an apartment hoping to have a better experience, but it was all incredibly disappointing. The location is the ONLY good aspect here. Everything else was misleading and false advertisement. Never in my life I’ve seen a place in which the paying guest needs carry their linen, pillow cases and towels to their room and to dress their beds!! Plus, to make it all more absurd, you also require that when we checked out we have to bring it all downstairs. These conditions are not mentioned anywhere. Claiming that it is because you are a Hostel is no justification as this practice of yours isn’t standard at all. You can’t blame it either on anyone else as your website states “Bed linen and towels included. You don't need to bring your own.”, which doesn’t mean or imply in any way that the guest needs to dress their bed!! You definitely should be transparent about it and properly mention it on the property description. I assure you, your bookings will fall. On a second note, room was dirty and my luggage was covered in dust and dirt from laying on the floor. My linen also had a red stain. You don’t advertise that room includes shower gel or any toiletries, but the room was way below expectation. And again, I booked an apartment for an upgraded experience. Not even a shelve on the sink for our basic things, nothing in the shower area for the soap we had buy ourselves. Also, walls are very thing and the floor is hard floor so to our misfortune we had to hear everything that was going on above us, on the hallways, on the rooms next to ours. Very noise in general even late at night and mornings. Very very poor room and experience.

- Todo lo demás. Habían latas de cerveza y botellas vacías bajo la cama. Tierra negra en el suelo, el lavabo era un asco. Las taquillas entre la puerta y el lavabo lo q había q siempre molestases. Reservamos para dos noches y ni dormimos la primera. Nos fuimos al ver el panorama. Preguntamos por otra habitación privada o una solución y no hicieron nada más q decir q lo lamentaban. Me dijeron que el encargado nos enviaría un email y aún estamos esperándolo. Sabemos que no es un hotel, que es un hostel pero ese nivel de suciedad y pasotismo .... No esperéis un hostel acogedor. Es como un centro comercial de habitaciones. Un 0 absoluto. Es totalmente lamentable tanto la limpieza como las instalaciones. Ahhhh en la mesa q tenía en mi cama, había comida pasada, plátanos....unas gafas hechas mierda...un bote de jabón q no era de nadie... Un sinsentido. Jorge Camino.
- I messaged them in booking.com and they still told they let my booking go no show, after which when I showed the message they let me in and the room they gave me had the toilet clogged and they didn’t even give me linen

- No security. Our things were stolen and when complained the answer was that we can’t do anything you have to contact police. There was a bag inside the room when we arrived whom no one knows about. No one from the staff even tried to anything to support other than telling us to contact police. Not even come to the room to understand the situation and talk to other residents.

The location is excellent and definitely one of the biggest advantages of this hostel. While it wasn’t the cheapest option, it was still the most affordable we could find in Copenhagen. In terms of cleanliness, there is some room for improvement. However, the service was good, check in was simple and straightforward and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. That said, I’m not entirely sure if we would choose to stay here again.
This is probably the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. Some of it may be on me for not reading fully and just trying to stay at a cheaper hostel. However, there were soooo many school groups of kids because there is no age restriction. They were everywhere, very loud, and it was really not the vibe I was going for. I also feel like the cleanliness, especially the bathrooms in the main areas and in the room, did not meet my expectations. The luggage storage is not free; you have to pay about 5 ...
Good hostel clean good kitchen good location not overly social
Hostel très grand, un peu impressionnant au début, mais aucun souci pendant le séjour malgré le monde. Cuisine petite et en sous-sol, mais peu fréquentée car beaucoup mangent dehors. Très propre, ascenseurs OK. Emplacement idéal, tout est accessible rapidement. Très bonne expérience globale.
Very large hostel, a little impressive at first, but no worries during the stay despite the world. Kitchen small and in basement, but not very crowded because many eat outdoors. Very clean, elevators OK. Ideal location, everything is quickly accessible. Very good overall experience.
The rate of the hostel should have been maximum 22 to 24 euros and not a lot like 33 euros for a night for a basic sleep stay
Basically you can find everything from equipment at the kitchen, a bar, nice stuff, clean rooms, easy check in, well located (few minutes from the train station). Highly recommended

Was just ok! Great location and good amenities. Had 2 girls and 6 men in the mixed room which was kind of uncomfy. 2 of the men were living there full time too. Rooms were very hot and bathroom was pretty dirty.
I really appreciated my 4 nights in Danhostel and was quite surprised about the silence in the room! Thanks
