I stayed at the Jade Emu/Song Sisters/Dolce Vita 12 and 10 years ago, before the COVID and was quite happy with the lodging and the food. After COVID there isn't any restaurant anymore. Since the place is known under several names, my taxi could not find it and I spent 2 nights at the Hilton, a bit beyond my budget. The phone number had changed and reception did not answer. There is no sign in English warning the guests should not throw toilet paper in the toilet. Still the hosts are well willin
The place is very clean and confortable, near to Ancient City
the people working there were very friendly. the location is perfect for Dali. the room was big ! But I was almost the only one there and the pictures of amenities on Hostelworld are not updated... they don't have any rooftop today, and the nice building is under renovation. it felt more like a hotel than a hostel.
Hostel was lovely! The family messed up my booking a tad but the lady who runs it gave me a hug. So sweet. It’s a little bit difficult to locate but so close to the old town.
