+ Not friendly, just a rigid and emotionless interaction
- The staff, especially the rude little female at the reception..
+ A few nice staff members, decent location
- Most of the staff are miserable, they don’t want to help and look annoyed when you approach them. Everyone I saw talking at reception was having a problem because the hostel is so poorly run. I have never been to a hostel where you pick up your bedding at reception and make the bed yourself. They even ask you to bring it back down for checkout. It’s utterly ridiculous, especially for €40/night. Breakfast has no veggie options other than cereal and bread (bread, not toast). There is no kitchen. The showers don’t have any soap. The morning reception worker was so rude to me when I asked if I could check in early, I genuinely couldn’t believe it. A simple “no I’m sorry” would have been fine. The hostel wasn’t even fully booked, he was just lazy and rude. The larger black middle aged man. Lastly, I had prepaid in full online, and I was asked to pay a mandatory deposit for the room key. I said I wasn’t told of this when I paid, so I’ll have a refund instead, and they refused a refund. Eventually they let me not pay for the key. Overall a rubbish experience, I’d recommend avoiding. For only a little more money you can get a private room somewhere else.

- Konumu ideal değildi, çok konforsuzdu kirliydi, tuvaletler kokuyordu yatak çarşaflarını nevresimlerini kendimiz geçirmemiz gerekiyordu ayrıca kahvaltı berbattı, çalışanlar da hiç sıcak ve güler yüzlü değillerdi aksine hatta insanı azarlayan bir tavırları vardı. Sırf uygun diye burayı sectim fakat keşke daha çok para verip daha iyi bir yerde kalsaydım.
+ Very bad it was not what i was expected, i could not stay and I end up booking another hotel that night, I could not used to booking.

+ Bonsoir, Je suis arrivé vers 21h.un homme d’origine nigerianne arriver avant moi dans me dortoir ayant le lit du bas est partis au environ de 05h emportant mon téléphone et mon tee-shirt bleu avec le quel je suis venue et le chargeur .. Je n’ai constater que les faits le.matin . En colère je n’aîpas encore fait de réclamation àl’hôtel.
- I am very disappointed with the experience I had at this hostel. I arrived at 5:30 in the morning and told them I had a night booked. I asked if I could stay for at least an hour and a half, until 7:00, when any coffee shop would open. The man at the reception said no, that according to their hostel's rules, this wasn't allowed. Meanwhile, there were other people in the lobby also waiting, and even a man sleeping on the sofas. I never wanted to stay for breakfast or to sleep, I made that clear from the beginning. The man started arguing with me, so I asked him to show me the rules where it was written that you couldn't wait before checking in. I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in many hostels and hotels. By this logic, if you arrive an hour before check-in, you also have to go out on the street and wait there, right? You also wouldn't be able to stay for a bit after check-out, which is totally normal to do. Additionally, when I entered my room, the shelf area was full of dust, so the cleaning isn't very good...

Emplacement de choix pour ceux qui aiment marcher partout, en sachant que les autobus gratuits de la ville sont facile d’accès. Les lits sont bien disposés dans la chambre, les casiers sont spacieux et les toilettes et douches sont propres. Un déjeuné froid style buffet avec yaourt onctueux, fromage, pains et légumes variants selon le jour. Boissons froides et chaudes à volonté. Le personnel est courtois, l’équipe du restau très sympa et l’équipe de nettoyage avenante. Très hât...

Pretty average. For the price you pay, an incredibly basic room. No social atmosphere or events.. unfortunately the only hostel so not much of a choice. I've paid less for better conditions such as Finland, CZ and Belgium. Bathrooms also very average facilities provided.

A good hostel, bottom line is would stay again. Positives : Professional and helpful staff, 24/7 reception, unbeatable price to quality ratio, clean Neutral: Location at the bottom of a hill. Bus stop at top of hill, about a 2 min walk up - perfectly fine if you're fit but could be inconvenient otherwise. Could be improved: Breakfast is free but selection is very very limited indeed, agree with other reviews. Shower pressure was very low, almost a trickle and had no hot water in room B20...
Everything a little above average. Staff nice enough. Some more helpful than others. Bed good enough, bathrooms and showers clean. Hard to beat for the price. Maybe 15 minute walk into city center.
Il posto accoglie tantissimi ospiti e di tutte le età, pure i nostri amati cuccioli 🐶 il che è molto bello. Per quanto riguarda la camera andava bene, le lenzuola pulite stirate e di buonissima qualità. Bagni e docce separate anche dalle camere quindi c'è privacy per tutto. La stanza aveva sia riscaldamento sia aria condizionata, si mangiava benissimo e tutto era fresco. Sita perfettamente vicino a tutto! Non potevo scegliere meglio! Personale competente e molto bravo - simpatici )co...
The place welcomes many guests and of all ages, including our beloved puppies it is very beautiful. as for the camera it went well, the clean sheets were clean and of good quality. the bathrooms and showers are also separate from the rooms so there is privacy for everything. the room had both heating and air conditioning, the food was benissimo and everything was fresh. it sits perfectly close to everything! i could not have chosen better! competent and very nice staff - bravo advice
A little bit far but its nice
Perfect location for my time in Luxembourg. Easy to access by multiple transportation lines helped me to get around the city. The location is very walkable as well to top city sights and restaurants. The staff was very friendly on checkin and checkout. My room was comfortable and I was able to keep my items secure.
A very good 4 night stay … great location for exploring the city .
Full of very young students, not really a young adult vibe. No curtains on the bunks and no bathroom in room. €10 (€5 refundable) to rent a towel. Showers were very poor - ones on our floor were out of order. No shampoo or conditioner. Positives are an amazing location and Bar is good and reasonable and a nice terrace for the sun. Staff were nice. Breakfast was decent for free.
Sehr angenehmes Personal und super Lage. Nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt und dich sehr leise.

Small clean rooms with nice big lockers. Breakfast ist fine. Very near to the city center and staff is really nice.
A very solid hostel- nothing special but not bad. Breakfast and location a plus- lack of soap supplied in bathroom a negative.

It’s a bare bones hostel so don’t expect much of it. Bed is comfortable but no curtain. I didn’t get much sleep due to the door being right next to my bunk and people coming in and out until midnight. Bathroom was okay but the shower was very wet with water on the tiles. Location was excellent though. Price wasn’t too bad for Luxembourg.
