size of room, staff, cleanliness, state of room (it was old) bad reviews - bed bugs stated. not in our room. towels, bedding sheets and curtains were dirty of stains

I have woken up covered in bed bugs , itching everywhere . Only one night and arrived with no bites . Had to go to a meeting in the morning feeling dirty and itchy . Very unhappy

⚠️Full of bed bugs⚠️ When I confronted them about the bed bugs they were trying to deny it even though I later found that other people have reported bed bugs as well!

Bed bugs in the bed. I didn’t sleep after that…..
