About A Bed Hostel Chiangmai

Basically the girl in reception is always looking for something to charge you more, for shoes, for food, for anything. The bed is really bad (hard bed), I stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t sleep well, the door was really noisy, so when people come in or go out, I wake up because of noise of the door. Location is nice.

Okay hostel. Good for 1 night. Not the most clean and bed was VERY uncomfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly, helped me with early morning check out. Outside of the old town Chiang Mai mai but still accessible. Didn’t love the layout, social space on ground floor.

Nice quiet hostel however it was not very social during my time here. Nobody chilled in the communal area during my stay. Clean and the lady at reception was incredibly friendly. Would stay again

Very friendly staff. Kitchen and water for convenience. Not party but good socialization. Very loud doors especially at night. Hard and uncomfortable mattresses caused back ache. The lock on the luggage storage was broken and too small for my bag anyway.

Not any obvious faults but looked better in the photos, and lacking in social spaces. Friendly staff and good location made up for it though.

Prima hostel. Wel harde bedden, daar kon ik niet tegen. Douches mogen ook iets schoner. Geen ontbijt of iets, dat was ook wel jammer.

it's a nice hostel but if you want to meet some new people, you are at the wrong hostel. In the first floor they have an open area, but nothing where you can relax in the evening, only in your bed. Staff is really nice and the location is also good.

Really nice hostel with super friendly and helpful staff! Comfy beds and clean bathrooms etc. I like the vibe here it’s very social but not party. Would stay again!!

I had red rash on the first night because the bedsheets wasn’t clean. Disappointed at this price.

Charmantes kleines Hostel mit einer mega netten Betreiberin. ABER! Die Betten sind Steinhart. Man schläft lediglich auf einem Futton und darunter einer Platte. Ich hatte mich daher dafür entschieden nach zwei Nächten in ein anderes Hotel zu wechseln.

GREAT HOSTEL, staff was super nice, felt super cozy and fun. Beds are a little hard but oversll great stay!

It’s located in the north side very close to the jazz bar. The owner is fantastic and the rooms setup is great. I actually loved the place. It is not a very social hostel and would actually be great for digital nomads or groups of people. I would stay here again

Only stayed one night, lovely dorms with comfy beds. In a good location. Didn’t seem the most social but I wasn’t there long!

Not too social but but good for chill stay. Main issue was beds were really hard and pillows very thin.

About a Bed was my favourite hostel in Thailand! It is clean and quiet, and the bunk set up was my absolute favourite: the shelf is very convenient, and the lockers are in your bunk as well. The curtains are good. The mattresses are a little hard. Strong recommend!

Super fijn hostel !! En de mevrouw achter de balie was heel vriendelijk. Jammer dat ik er maar 1 nachtje heb geslapen.

Super fijn hostel! We waren in het begin sceptisch maar echt als wat netjes wilt dan moet je hier zijn. En de receptioniste was echt de allerliefste ooit

Wunderbares Hostel!

One of the best hostels by far that I stayed in Thailand. Well worth the money. The location is prime. Cleanliness is sublime. Facilities are extremely well and the staff is just amazing. Thank you

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Vibe war toll. Leider sind die Betten extrem hart was das schlafen sehr ungemütlich machte. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Great hostel! Fii is amazing at the front desk, and she remembers everyone’s name! I noticed for some that it might not have been the most social hostel unless you’re willing to go up and speak to strangers! I think having more activities to bring people together might be a good solution for this! Either way, I would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai.

The Hostel was super clean and had no issues with the sinks, baths or anything like that. Your belongings fehlt safe and I liked the no shoes policy. All in all very good if you are looking for a chill and quiet hostel

Super sauberes, schönes Hostel

A very peaceful hostel in the edge of old-town Chaingmai that proved an excellent base for discovery of the area. Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable - and deserving of a special shout-out to the host who was the most hospitable person I have met in my travels in Thailand. Thank you!

Hostel très bien placé, calme mais assez social Il y’a un marché de nuit à 5min ce qui est super pour dîner Les lits n’étaient pas confortables, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien dans les chambres L’hôte est très sympathique et aidante

Sehr cooles Hostel und eine super herzliche Besitzerin. Das Hostel hatte ein tolle Lage zur Old Town von Chiang Mai. Die Duschen könnten mal wieder erneuert werden, aber ansonsten super.
