Una de mis peores experiencias nunca. Habíamos pagado 60 euros por una habitación, y al llegar allí, nos obligaron a pagar otros 40 euros por "servicios de limpieza" de una habitación una noche. Una estafa. Además la habitación era pequeña y el baño estaba bastante sucio.
We had paid 60 euros for a room, and when we got there, they forced us to pay another 40 euros for "cleaning services" of a room for one night. a scam. plus the room was small and the bathroom was pretty dirty.

L’appartamento era belli, ma ci è stato chiesto un extra di 65€ per le pulizie, da pagare prima di ricevere le chiavi. Era scritto, sì, ma per niente chiaro. Per una sola notte, un costo del genere dovrebbe essere evidenziato meglio o incluso nel prezzo. Deludente e poco trasparente.
The apartment was nice, but they asked for an extra 65€ for the cleaning, to be paid before receiving the keys. it was written, yes, but not clear at all. for a single night, such a cost should be better evidenced or even in the price. misleading and not transparent.
No son claros con la información, no indicaron que el check in se podía hacer por internet, encima te cobran una tarifa de impuestos y de limpieza de 50€, lo que fue una total sorpresa! y lo peor llegar al sitio y no poder dejar las maletas porque su servicio inicia con el check in hasta las 3:30pm, y por cierto si te reciben el equipaje -En un horario específico- tiene un costo de 6€ por maleta!
It was alright. We were charged a 40 dollar cleaning fee which was kind of a scam but its venice so somewhat expected. Although it is dishonest to not state such a high fee before booking.
Great rooms - clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was not too far from the main attractions of Venice either by foot or ferry and there were plenty of good restaurants close by.
