+ The gym is open 24/7 and well-equipped for its size. I used it every day. The location is good — about a 20-minute walk to Akihabara and close to a subway station.
- No real lounge area — the café downstairs is open to the public until 11 p.m., so guests have nowhere to relax except in the dorms. Beds creak constantly, rooms are hot with no ventilation, and you can hear every noise. During my 4-day stay, bathrooms weren’t cleaned, and sheets or towels weren’t changed. No slippers provided either. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the receptionist (miyabi) was unhelpful — when I asked about the nearest smoking area, the receptionist just said she doesn’t smoke. Overall, this was my worst stay in Japan. Unless you only care about the 24-hour gym, go somewhere else and just get a gym pass — you’ll have a much better experience

used multiple times in tokyo no issues! nice location and the gym is a nice perk if you wind up there on a rainy day. the rooms are huge and capsule hotel like tho its no issue for men
+ Location was good, staff were friendly, WiFi was fast.
- Bed was super uncomfortable, drier took 2 hours and my clothes still weren’t fully dry. Lounge area was small and shared with cafe. No kitchen.

It is a very good and very clean hostel. The gym is very good and open 24h. The only problem I found for me is they dont have a kitchen or a fridge. But the rest super happy. I will back for sure!!

- Not a fan of the big light staying on throughout the night.. it would have been nice to be allowed to turn it off especially since the curtains do not block the light at all. Took a look at the gym and it was not worth it in our opinion as it was only filled with cardio machines.
