- バイトが自分の家かのように粋がっている 僕、ほか宿泊者含めもう泊まらない 人の物を盗む癖のある人間が管理しているところに 泊まる意味がわからない
+ 店長はかなり腰が低くしっかりしている。 どんなことでも迅速に対応してくれている ※金髪スタッフのいかにもソファは俺のものだと言う 写真を添付します。
- 宿泊者兼アルバイトみたいな男性のスタッフがいる 頭は金髪でパーマのやつとトラブルになり出禁に なりました。この金髪はお客様にはタメ語、冷蔵庫は自分のもんばりの態度をとる。女の子には優しく、 自分が逆らえないお客様には被害者づらをする 表向きはペコペコしているが営業がおわるとここは 自分のテリトリーだ。くらいな態度をとる 弁護士を通して訴える予定です。 山口
- どこのベッドか決まっておらず、携帯で案内され、案内されたところはすでに人が入っているところに３回も案内されたので、最終はいったあとも誰か入ってくるんではと不安で寝れなかった

- There were bed bugs. I didn’t sleep there the last 2 days of my reservation. No one at the help desk. Lost out on my money. Will never return
Do not stay here! I’m not a picky guy and have stayed at many questionable hostiles before but the smell of feet mixed with the overbearing hot temperature and paper thin mattresses will have you regretting your decision of staying at this hostile. Also to note is that management will absolutely not refund your stay under any circumstances including the ones listed above. Gross gross gross

AWFUL expense. mattresses so thin you could feel the ground. You could not turn off the main light so was bright while you slept. there was no ventilation and rooms got boiling. no reception staff and email is the only part of contact. resident went through our bags and moved it - there is no way to store your bags !! I have written an email of complaint about a week ago, followed it up, and still no response -it’s really not acceptable. also they only take cash which is frustrating. DO NOT BO...

- あまりにも男女の配慮が無さすぎる。シャワー室に入るのが少し怖かった。清潔感もない。値段が値段なだけに残念だった。

+ Convenient location on Yamanote line. Beds are very comfortable and clean, and capsules are long enough to put your luggage inside.
- Shower and toilet area was not very clean. I stayed for several days and they did not seem to get cleaned. There are too many people for the available facilities and the lounge is tiny; often being monopolized by large groups eating meals or tourists spreading out all of their luggage to organize. No shower slippers are provided, and the slippers for the main area never got sanitized and were gross. It seemed like a good way to contract foot fungus. Not properly ventilated in sleeping area, shower, toilet or lounge. Very overpriced for the facilities available.

+ The location was very convenient and easy to find. It exceeded my expectations and was surprisingly very compact with everything you needed. The host was there at times and was very helpful. Other guests were also courteous to each other, so there wasn't much noise or mess. Would definitely recommend this to solo travelers, and I would stay here again.
- If you're tall or not used to cramped spaces, I would recommend you check other places, but other than that, it has all the facilities and amenities you need (at a reasonable price)
+ It’s 1 minute away from Mejiro station which has the Yamanote line, so it is very convenient. Also the staff is very friendly.

+ 여기 관리하시는 분이 너무 좋은 분이었다. 예약할 때 실수해서 3박 2일로 해버렸는데 관리자분부터 알려주셔서 돈을 반납해주셨다. 시설도 예쁘고 좋은 숙소였다.

- 公共區域很小，旁邊還堆滿行李箱，冰箱也是小的基本上全滿沒辦法用，沒有餐具可以使用，如果要吃一些餐點不方便

+ 安定の駅近い。16時にチェックインするまでに従業員のお兄さんが一生懸命に清掃してくれている。 みんなが張り紙を見てマナーを守り静かにしている。
