Bed bugs, not clean at all Rooms are extremely warm and very unconfortable

Bed bugs - my sister was bitten all over her stomach from bed bugs, has a massive rash / welts from it. The guys who greeted us were not very friendly and not very helpful.

There are bed bug! 4 of us were bitten all over our bodies. The bed were dusty.

That we had to share a single bathroom with the whole floor. Our room unfortunately had bugs in our beds (most likely bed bugs).

Possible bed bugs....I had marks and a rash on my wrist and body 24 hours or so after my stay. Like mosquito bites...no mosquitos in Scotland especially in winter so only other factor was my stay here.
