Booked female dorm and was given male, was not let into room when trying to check in at 3pm because it wasn’t ready

It's really just a place to sleep. Zero common area or atmosphere. No toilet paper anywhere.

It doesn’t feel like a hostel. Super empty and quiet. It’s ok and super clean but the sink is inside the room so I had conflict with other people in the dorms.

Room smelt very badly of drains, when mentioned to staff they proceeded to blame me for the smell. I asked if I could change rooms but they supposedly had none available. I requested to speak to a manager to which they said I had to wait until the morning, when the morning came around the manager so happened to not be in that day… location good and rooms are ok but the horrific smell and rude staff let the hostel down. Do not recommend staying here.

Place was just okay but nothing to write home about. Would probably try some other hostel/hotel if visiting Ao Nang again. Location is good and felt safe. Not a social place by any means and staff were just okay. There was no flexibility with check in/out times.

Overall okay. I was in a four person dorm. We had our own bathroom which was good but weird that the sink is outside so when you’re waking up early and using the sink water it’s quite loud. Also I had to tell the reception that we did not have any soap left and I found the counter where the sink was to be dirty. The bathrooms in the main lobby area were also dirty (soap very low too) and the main area as well (smudges on doors and table).

Worst hostel experience during my trip to Thailand. Room and especially bathroom was not cleaned for 2 days despite me requesting/complaining each day. large hostel so has more of an industrial vibe. provides free beach towels. quite close to beach front so good location. beds are comfortable, although my socket didn't work. large lockers for storage (can fit your rucksack). staff were ok, but one in particular kept dismissing me when I complained about the dorm room needing cleaning.

Hotel not a hostel. No social areas and very difficult to meet people. Found it quiet to sleep and was amazing they let you use pool at the hotel next door which was very nice Wouldn’t recommend if looking to meet people. But nice location if travelling in group and not in hotel much

Hôtel desert et pas de reception. Nous avons du aller à l’hôtel à côté pour faire le Check in et le Check out. Pas de lumière dans les couloirs et tout est sombre.

Our bathroom shower overflowed into the bedroom and it was a real pain to get management to come help with the clean up. Atmosphere was alright. Felt more like a hotel than a hostel. People really didn’t gather and talk like you’d expect from hostel environments. But it was easy to come and go to do tours and beach events.

very clean, great shower, i washed my clothes for 50 baht and hung them in the room (there were hangers). ofc it’s a hotel with a couple hostel rooms so not social but that was good for what i wanted. only thing is that the mattress was hard.

nothing to complain about this place other than the fact that it’s more of a hotel than a hostel. there is absolutely no chance to make friends. I stayed over just one night before flying so that was okay with me. The rooms were very luxurious and clean—probably the best hostel I have ever stayed in my months of traveling. Hostel très bien placée, le personne très serviable , les chambres sont grandes et propres ! Des bouteilles sont mises à disposition tout était parfait !

Très propre et très confortable

Lovely chilled hostel, more of a hotel vibe. Free use of the pool in the connecting resort behind which was fab. Location was good, right near the beach and by a 7/11 which was a bonus. Beds are SO comfy, had some of the best nights sleep here. Amazing air con and a fridge in the room was great. very spacious dorms. Would stay again

Hele fijne kamers met eigen badkamer. Niet sociaal. Je mag gebruik maken van het zwembad van het resort ernaast!

Very quiet hostel. Just what i needed to rest and recover after 3 months of travel. The beds are private and comfy. The location is very central and across the road from a 7-eleven.

War nicht ganz sauber, Bettlaken schon aber das Holz daneben nicht. Könnte besser sein, sonst ok und kann man machen.

Really comfy beds, clean, great location. Great facilities of using next doors pool (they have 2 pools one infinity pool with beautiful views) which we really enjoyed. Cleaned everyday and given water every day. Only thing is the toilet and sink is in the room and it’s not a great hostel if you want to meet people as there isn’t much of a social atmosphere but nice if you want to chill and have a break from that

Tolle Lage und saubere schöne Zimmer. Keine Common Area, aber ist bei Ao Nang nicht notwendig

Pompam is the best! He has a beautiful soul and speaks very good English. Stayed in the female dorm for 10 nights, first 5 nights it was just me and another girl, then I had the room to myself! As a solo F traveller I felt very safe here, especially with the lovely reception staff. Had AC in room. Shower and room was cleaned everyday. Kettle and complimentary water provided. Infinity pool is insane! Only downside is power randomly cutting out and god awful poo smell in the reception area.

Super hostel très très chill, possible de faire sa propre lessive. J'étais ds une chambre de 4 pour filles c'était niquel, bouteille d'eau et serviettes a disposition. Personnel pas trop sympa mais bon. Si vous cherchez un endroit propre et moderne où vous reposez foncer !
