Damhotel

There was blood spots on the bed (I only realised as I moved the pillow to the other side of the bed). It was one of most disgusting things I've seen. I decided to leave and went to another hotel. I went to tell the person at receptionist who didn't believe what I said - even though I showed the pics I'd taken. I was then showed them and was told they had bed bug infection 2 years back - not sure how that conversation helped the issue. I was then told I had to come back if I wanted a refund as the manager only works 7am - 1 pm, which is ridiculous. I then went back and explained what happened to the manager and was told why didn't I stay and give them the chance to get another room. If I'm honest I've never not stayed in where I've booked....but blood stains on the bed (which was well hidden and in a random spot - the corner of the bed) was disgusting and showed the lack of hygiene. I ended up getting a partial refund and only spent 1 hour in total in the room (30 mins to unpack when I arrived and another 30 mins to repack to leave) - avoid at all cost.

Poor service, unhelpful staff, unclean. Found a bed bug in my single bed, contacted the reception desk, but they didn't help. I ended up checking out a day earlier, and I was not reimbursed.

Même pas une étoile. 0 étoile car 0 propreté et très cher. Des punaises de lit qui m'ont causé des piqûres et démangeaisons horribles... J'aurai du regarder les avis google avant de réserver.... Une petite chambre pour 85€ pas lumineuse, renfermée, pas propre. Le lit n'était pas confortable, il y avait un gros trou dans le matelas. HORRIBLE. TROP CHER.

Bed bugs and the reception at night was absolutely unhelpful

The rooms were small and dirty, but that was expected, however they changed our rooms after the first night and put us in the attic where it was very cold with no heater and worst of all the bed had bed bugs. We had to leave to somewhere else. Stay away.
