+ Post what we experienced, nothing.

- Firstly, we paid for a LUXURY DOUBLE ROOM. We were placed in a small stuffy room. Most disgusting, the mattresses were infested with mites!!! This is beyond the SOP in terms of hygiene. Furthermore, as a facility hosting guests, surely you have policies in place; quiet time generally starts at 10pm. Evidently it's down to poor management or just a sheer lack of regard by the fact that guests need their rest. For your facility to allow carte Blanche, permitting partying to continue until way after midnight exemplifies that you have zero respect for your guests! All-inclusive, APPALLING.

+ The guy at the reception was okey I just did not like the place. I booked it for 3 nights but I couldn't stay a single night. The sad part is that I didn't get a cent back😅. I went to look for a place to stay and I lost R2,300 like that.

- My room was right at the lobby. Like I could hear people talking right in front of my door, that's when I decided to go look for a better place.

+ Not a whole lot

- Just did not do it for me

+ It's a really nice property but has a lot of room for growth.

- The blankets smelt terrible and like sweat. The ventilation is horrible and you can smell the guy next door doing his business and it was super noisy.

+ Cold beer was about it

- No parking for cars, dirty, doors don't work, no food is prepared that can be bought. Absolutely terrible

+ Location was good. We made our own breakfast using the kitchen .

- Definitely would not recommend, woken up at midnight and 4am on most of the 4 days stay. Also good being cooked by long stay guests next door at 2am. Music and TV during the night. We booked a luxury room and got a tiny room. No hot water for the shower.

+ Conveniently close to the beach.

- Bathrooms were dirty, there were mosquitoes everywhere, the gate keypad not working, no secure parking after 9pm, just to name a few things

+ Хорошее местоположение. Достаточно низкая цена.

- Нас поселили не в тот номер, который мы забронировали, пояснив, что произошла какая-то ошибка. Номер, в котором мы проживали, был гораздо меньше по площади, чем тот, который мы забронировали. Женщина на рецепшене была совершенно не дружелюбная и безучастная.

- Très décevant au niveau de la propreté et de l’entretien global . Le personnel n’était pas du tt avenant et peu qualifié.

+ The location

- The facility has deteriorated since 2018 and is in need of some internal upkeep. Very disappointing. Inside parking is a problem.

+ Very friendly staff! They gave me earlier check-in and I could wait peacefully for my late flight after check out. The atmosphere there is super friendly and chilly. Additionally, was breakfast I didnt except. Super close nice beach. I was happy to stay there :)

- For me nothing bad - just bathroom is outside the room to you to know :)

+ Buon parcheggio, camera pulita.

- La porta della camera era direttamente esposta alla sala comune, che era presa d'assalto da più famiglie che alloggiavano nella struttura. Il rumore della televisione (nel salotto davanti alla camera), della cucina e dei bambini che urlavano e correvano hanno impedito un sano riposo. Per me è inaccettabile che gli spazi comuni siano vissuti come una estensione della propria abitazione - credo che lo staff avrebbe dovuto impedire o quantomeno limitare questa "invasione". La camera era ok ma decisamente molto poco arredata, gli armadi di livello piuttosto basso. Per me il voto su Booking è ampiamente ingiustificato.

+ We had such a wonderful stay at this accommodation and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming, clean, and well prepared for our stay. The space was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available when we had questions. It really made a difference knowing that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We will definitely be coming back again in the future!

- Can be a bit noisy but it is a backpackers so to be expected

+ Friendly check in, nice atmosphere. I was alone and felt very safe.

- My room.was a bit warm

+ The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home .

- There's nothing not to like ..
