For the price I paid I was satisfied. The room was perfectly tidy (no bed bugs!) but I don't know the bathrooms were cleaned properly once in the four days we stayed (there was a stain on the toilet seat that never disappeared). There was both a lock on the main door and a lock to our individual doors, and the area was fine, so I felt quite safe. If you're a light sleeper, the walls are quite thin. Overall though, if you're looking for a cheap stay, this place is perfectly fine.

We were there for one night. I like location, price and friendly staff. But we didn't like our room. It was quadruple, not double. There were no lightbulbs in lamps near beds. In the morning, we found out bedbugs in one of our bed and their bites.

Lärm anderer Gäste durch Flur und Bad, laute Stimmen auch nach Mitternacht, was man selbst nochmals bei den anderen Gästen ansprechen musste. Die eine Klokabine hat ein Klarsichtfenster, weswegen da Abdeckfolie oder ein Vorhang deutlich angenehmer wären. Der Vorhang ließ sich mangels passender Stange nie ganz schließen oder öffnen.

A pesar de leer las reseñas tiempo despues de reservar, cosa que no haré a partir de ahora, el hostal no estuvo mal. Se equivocaron de habitacion pero les pedimos la correcta y nos la dieron. En la entrada de la habitación se olía una peste a humedad pero se solucionó cerrando la puerta que hay justo despues de la principal. Investigamos a ver si había chinches y nada, la limpieza bien y el ruido por la noche también, no hubo problema tal y como se muestra en los comentarios. Deberian seguir así y cumplir con sus deberes como hostel para que las antiguas reseñas se olviden. Está en muy buena ubicación y en una zona tranquila. Puede que hayamos tenido suerte o puede que se tomen el trabajo enserio. Quien sabe...

Not clean, doesn’t look like the pictures smell of mould, bedbug found on bed. Do not recommend it

1) The location is up on the hill. You have to climb all the way up to reach. 2) We took a quadruple room (its on 4th floor). One has to walk altogether up. However it was infested with bed bugs. 3) Toilets and shower rooms are common which we know but what we didn't know that its doors didn't have locks. Thus, toilets and shower rooms are open. Anybody can enter while one is taking shower. 4) The rooms have very thin walls so sound can easily pass through. 5) The rooms are not clean enough. Our room contained socks of someone else who stayed prior to our place.

BED BUGS we found our first hour of staying we left directly and had to desinfect all our stuff. Then when we wanted a refund they only gave us half and lied on giving the rest later. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN TO IN YEARS OF USING BOOKING. DO NOT COME. When you read the reviews on Google you have many comments talking about BED BUGS, they don't take care of the problem and clearly don't care about the safety of the customers.

BEDBUGS Also the room wasn't even ready. It was a mayhem, dirty dishes in the sink, the beds were literally in pieces, the bed wasn't made. Sewer smell came from the bathroom. Blood stains on the wall and sheets

The whole room and bed was infested with Bed Bugs.

Das Personal sehr unfreundlich, sehr schmutzig, mein Bett voll mit Bettwanzen, wollte keine andere Zimmer anbieten und das Geld nicht zurück geben

Wir haben viele Bettwanzen in unserem Zimmer gefunden. Die Ausstattung der „Küche“ bestand aus einem sehr kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und einem Wasserkocher im Zimmer, es gab demnach keine Küche. Zudem sah die Unterkunft auf keiner Weise wie auf den Bildern aus und wir wurden jeden Morgen von lauten Geräuschen der Baustelle direkt neben unserem Fenster geweckt. Außerdem gibt es keine abdunkelnden Vorhänge und man wird direkt vom Tageslicht geweckt. Dadurch wird das Zimmer am Tag sehr heiß und es gibt keine Klimaanlage o.ä.. Die Türen der Toiletten und Duschen haben keine Schlüssel. Die Etagentür ging nur mit viel Kraft auf,welches man sehr laut hört. Das Personal konnte uns mit keinem Problem weiterhelfen und hat uns an die Managerin weitergeleitet, die bis heute nicht auf die E-Mail geantwortet hat.

L'établissement est complètement rempli de punaises de lit, impossible de dormir le soir et l'on se retrouve avec énormément de boutons sur le corps. Malgré les nombreuses plaintes, aucune solution n'a été trouvé. C'est dommage car la ville est super belle mais l'établissement est à éviter.

I don’t think I would like to come back to this hotel/hostel again… - The shower drainage was clogged: This made showering very uncomfortable/disgusting. - There were bed bugs in the room: We contacted the reception, but nothing really happened. No asking if we wanted to change rooms, or further info. Nada. We stayed on the third floor, btw. - Although, this is not really the accommodation’s fault, we couldn’t sleep well because of the loudness of other guests. They would talk really loudly at 3/5 am.

I was in this hotel for the fifth time and before that everything was ok, but this time the room was full of bed bugs. In other reviews I read that other people started complaining about this back in January 2023. So I can’t understand why no action has been taken? This is not acceptable. No people who read the reviews before traveling will NOT come to you before you deal with this problem. The location and price are very good, but, sorry I am not going to live with bugs in my bed.

We booked this hostel in Prague from the 9th to the 12th July 2023 and found bed bugs in the bed when we first arrived. We continued to find more during our stay and went to the reception desk to report it however no one was available. This should have been inspected and flagged a lot earlier. If we had known, we would not have chosen this and we would now reconsider booking through booking.com for future holidays. We expect there to be a form of compensation to recognise the fact that this is not acceptable and not what we paid for and as a result of this we are having to spend money to steam our clothes.

People having to leave their rooms because of bed bugs. Room walls had a lot of squashed bugs on them. Bed sheets generally unclean with hairs and dirt. Unable to lock shower rooms or bathrooms. No soap in soap dispensers and broken sink in room as well as leaking sink in communal area.

There’re bedbugs and I was bitten (I’ll upload the pictures as a proof. I hope the owner will remove them for the future). The wall is thin and I was able to hear the people’s voice outside of my room. Shower room and rest room doesn’t have key.

The reception was closed so we had to wait the day after to 'solve' the problem. The guy at the reception was very passive and so much careless. When we asked for a commercial gesture, because we no longer wanted to sleep here, he gave us an email address. They have the same attitude: unconcerned and odious. By the way, the hostel was not that clean (hairs in the room, etc.) and the bathroom stinks a bit. Also you cannot close the door of the showers and the toilets.
