Minimalist (Poshtel & Suites)

Dorms too on ground floor next to the reception, can hear everything from the street to the lobby couldn't sleep at all. Left 2 night out of 4. Also very dirty, blanket not warm, i was cold. Location no taxi could come, had to walk 10 minutes to get taxi

Awful Indian poeple, they kicked me out after checking me in because I kindly ask for their helps to proceed with an exit permit. Instead of helping, the abnoxious manager just cancelled my reservation, saying it was not his concerns to accommodate anybody dealing with visa requirements. The worst of India, be happily welcomed and considered somewhere else.

Please help to fix basic bathroom accessories and overall hygiene of the place

They never answer, we can’t reach the hostel and nobody help us And accommodation is NOT at all like on pictures !!!! Don’t go there

Overall good place to stay.

The room had a pungent stench and physical feel of damp which had some kind of air freshener chemicals added to help it. But it made it worse. I felt sick and had to continually ventilate with the air-con and ceiling fan with the door open all night. The sheets were damp. There was a weak and dying pigeon stuck inside the netting of the balcony. It was impossible to help it. I dont like to complain but this fell below my tolerable expectations by a long way.

The property was at a prime location. The food was good. But the property is not well maintained. You can see stains all over the room, the washroom was dirty.

A lot of the pictures are for the other location, and some were under construction when we visited. It wasn’t Elsa advertised. We didn’t have hot water. The staff were ok.

Staff all very nice and looked after my stuff but really no vibe. Beware of taxes, price on hostel world is much lower than actual price. Noise staying in the dorm is not great, you can be kept up by people snoring and gaming in beds right next to you. Cleanliness was ok but it is not how it looks in photos.

The place is cheap and the room was ok for India. We had a nice balcony. It is ok for a short stay as it’s pretty humide.

lovely hostel. staff were really nice - rinrin checked us in and was really helpful. we also got a complimentary breakfast which was tasty!

The first room we were put into - the ac didn’t work and it was humid and mold was in the bathroom but then they graciously upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a king bed and a very clean bathroom. I would stay again based on the front desk’s response to the issues.

The hostel is clean, with a welcoming co-working area and perfect for just simply relaxing. The highlight for me was the breakfast, it was delicious and satisfying. However, I did encounter a minor inconvenience on some nights when there was no hot water, but it was manageable. Another small issue was that the blankets felt a bit damp due to the weather and humidity, but the beds themselves were clean and comfortable. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this place.

Cheap stay in a central location with great atmosphere making it easy to make friends. Could do a better job with cleaning as cockroaches and bed bugs are common

Poshtel is a very comfortable stay in the heart of delhi. Recommended for travellers.
