Staff was friendly up until I had an issue regarding the booking. Mold in the rooms, dirty rooms showers and toilets. Would not recommend.
A truly horrible and unsafe stay - Bed Bugs and Broken Facilities I'm writing this review with deep disappointment and concern. This was my worst hostel experience, primarily due to severe hygiene and facility issues that pose a risk to guests. First and foremost, I found a bed bug on my bed on the third day of my stay. This is an unacceptable health hazard. A quick check of online reviews shows that other guests have reported this issue before, indicating the problem has not been properly...

Very expensive for a foam mattress and an AC that sounded like a motor bike (decibel reading was 69dB, to sleep it is recommended

Serious case of bed bugs going on in this hostel. Wouldn’t recommend staying until it has been sorted out. Seems to be a problem for the last couple of months. It’s shame because the atmosphere at the hostel is great, but cleanliness lucks.

🪲PUNAISES DE LIT / BED BUGS! 🪲 Endroit dégueulasse! Je déconseille fortement. Tout est sale et le staff est complètement désorganisé. Les murs sont tachés, les planchers sont sales, les toilettes puent l'urine, il y a forte présence de moisissure sur le plafond des douches. J'ai écourté mon séjour mais au moins j'ai eu un remboursement. 🚫

Sehr freundliche Personal, es gab Free dinner jeden Abend und viele Aktivitäten! Nach der ersten Nacht hatte ich leider jede Menge Battwanzen Bisse die extrem gejuckt haben und überall waren. Ich habe direkt ein neues Zimmer bekommen und die Rechnung für die Creme hat das Hostel übernommen. Dennoch sind Bettwanzen wohl ein großes Problem dort, sie wirkten so als wäre es häufiger der Fall das jemand gebissen wird!! Ich würde dort nicht nochmal hin, das hat mir die letzten Tagen in Barcel...

No problems, but could use a few more hand basins for brushing teeth as most of them are in the separate toilets.
Very social hostel with group dinners and events every night! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is great. The showers leaked and had some mold, but other than that everything was very clean and in good shape. Would definitely come back!
rooms were not super social but they have free dinner every night which is good for socializing . no curtains on beds . showers had mold but everything else was fairly clean

Allgemein ein sehr gutes Hostel, jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer war recht kühl, das Schließfach war klein. Ich hatte keine Chance, meinen 50l-Rucksack dort rein zu bekommen. Vermutlich wäre es selbst bei 35l knapp geworden. Es gibt sehr wenige junge Reisende, mit denen man sich hätte vernetzen können. Der Preis hingegen war super, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ws gibt jeden Abend gratis Essen. Personal war freundlich und 24 Stunden am Tag ansprechbar. Die Lage ist supe...
Overall a very good hostel, but in need of renovation. The room was quite cool, the locker was small. I didn't have a chance to get my 50l backpack in there. Probably it would have become knapped even at 35l. There are very few young travelers with whom you could have networked. The price was great, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is free food every evening. Personal was friendly and 24 hours a day approachable. Die Lage ist super

Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber die Lage ist super, fast direkt beim Triumphbogen und in der Nähe des Fernbusbahnhofs. Die Reisenden und das Personal (vor allem ein Mitarbeiter) waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
I was only there for one night, but the location is great, almost directly by the Triumphal Arches and near the Fernbusbahnhof.The passengers and the staff (especially an Mitarbeiter) were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place, just uncomfortable to climb up to the top bunk, but from there on out everything is very good!
Such a nice hostel, nice people good atmosphere, Very clean. the staff is really inviting you in.
I only stayed one night but would have stayed longer had it been possible for me! Felix and Ingrid are very professional and incredibly helpful, they spread joy to the common areas :) The common dinner at night is a lovely and delicious opportunity to meet nice people. See you soon!

Great place to stay! The only problem I had was with the showers - they didn't feel so clean (there were black spots all over the shower doors) and a couple of them were blocked, and the doors let water out all over the floor.

A simple, safe, clean hostel with great vibes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The free group dinners were a fun way to meet other travelers. They also had multiple other activities each day for travelers from all the nearby hostels. A great place to stay if you're traveling solo and looking for friends.
