Can't say I love this hostel but I made a last minute trip to Barcelona and this is among the not much choice I got. Paid 46 euro and 9 euro tax for the bed. The room is hot inside and ac is not strong enough. Location is not far from bus stop but far from metro, going to city center is easy. Many people compliant about the shower, it is real. The shower facility is different from the picture provided. It is inside a unisex toilet which you can't really enclose, and no shower head.

En este hostal a nuestra llegada lo primero que nos dijeron era que nos tocaba pagar las sábanas por separado; en la reserva indicaba que estaban incluidas y no fue así, adicional nos cobraron un valor de impuestos adicionales a los que ya estaban en la reserva. Las camas son absolutamente incómodas y el espacio olía muy mal.

Youre better off booking a different hostel. Tiny room for 10 people, no ac, the only window goes to the courtyard where people are smoking. One ensuite to share with 10 people and no other wc, cold shower. We had to pay for sheets and make our own beds. We had to pay city tax which wasnt included in the original price. It ended up being a lot more expensive. Half the people staying there were old men. Its in the middle of a big hill. The staff were sweet and theres nice common areas though

My bed had bugs and my legs and foot were destroyed with bites, due to the hostel being full I was made sleep in the bed for 2 nights..I didn’t sleep. Eventually when they decided to deal with the situation the staff would roll eyes and speak complain to me to the cleaner in front of me in Spanish presuming I wouldn’t understand. Due to the situation depriving me of sleep for 3 days, I requested a refund. I have yet to get a reply and it’s been weeks, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Posizione comoda, personale disponibile e gentile, spazi comuni ok. Ció che lascia a desiderare è la pulzia (siccome i bagni erano molto sporchi e il copriletto era completamente pieno di peli e capelli), e lo spazio nella camera (noi eravamo in una camerata da 10 e non c’era spazio per muoversi. La camera era buia e metteva claustrofobia a tutti). attenzione ai costi nascosti perchè quando siamo arrivati ci hanno fatto pagare senza avvisarci anche per le lenzuola che non avevamo richiesto

My stay personally was not that good. I was here for only half a day. The staff was not that helpful. Though it is located at the centre of location but you have to climb a lot of stairs. It is very exhausting during the hot summers. Since I was staying there for less than a day. I requested them for the lower berth. They did not help me. Instead, gave me 2nd floor and upper berth so overall it was a tiring experience for me. Overall the hostel is decent, at good location but the I did not like ...

The hostel was dirty with uncleaned bathrooms and full bins. I also do not know where they take the pictures of the rooms from, the one I stayed in was like a shoebox with barely any window, AC not cooling properly but was making super loud and high noise. For breakfast they served a stale croissant from the day before. Coffee was good though. Location is not that great, apart from easy access to Park Guell. Staff is ok-ish, depends on the person. Waste of money overall.

While the lobby was modern and inviting, the rest of the hostel did not live up to the same standard. I stayed in a six-bed room. The extent of facilities/amenities were good. The beds were fine, although a little short. However, the bathroom was old, dirty and rather unhygienic. I happened to see the cleaners. It took them around three minutes, which speaks volumes. There was dirt around the shower glass and in every corner. The toilet and sinks were cleaned, but only the most obvious surfaces.

Great point is they have some curtains to close your bed. Gives more privacy and keeps dark even if the room light is on. The bathroom was dirty and smelling bad every day we stayed there even after being “cleaned”. If you only expecting a place to sleep may suit well for you, we didn’t find easy to socialise as they don’t have any sort of activities placed. Be aware of they have 2 hostel with the same name, so when you book to get the one in your desire location.

A bit dissapoibted about our stay in this hostel. Our room was okay but the bathroom was not clean. The shower had hair in it and just smelt. Additionally, the location is not ideal. Around 20 minutes with public transport into town centre but thankfully public transport is quite good.

I was happy to stay there but for the steep climb up the hill to get there.

Endroit exceptionnel, bravo super ambiance, très convivial, avec beaucoup de commodité et très propre. Bravo!!!! A visiter et essayer.

It was my first time solo travelling and I felt super safe during my stay! I booked a female only 6-room dorm; it felt private, secure and our own private balcony too! The bathroom was nice but quite small and close proximity of the beds which felt a bit close. The lounge and kitchen facilities were great too. The dorm itself wasn’t super sociable but the lounge area makes up for that! Would highly recommend to anyone travelling who values feeling safe in a new environment!

Friendly & helpful staff! Great kitchen facilities & communal areas, cheap laundry service & breakfast provided (only when booked via the hostel, not Hostelworld). I loved the location, although, some areas had to be visited by bus/ metro. My complaints were the incredibly humid, poorly ventilated, hot & smelly room. Due to the en suite bathroom, shared by 10 people, with no window & a poor fan! The only window in the room overlooked the courtyard, very insecure to have open all night.

Lovely vibe, clean rooms with curtains on the beds. Welcoming staff. Only downside is the location which requires quite the climb up a hill

Brilliant, lovely bed and bathroom was great. Staff were lovely and breakfast was very tasty.

I loved this hostel! Felt cozy and quiet and very safe. The staff were so kind and the beds were comfortable. We had a great experience here and would definitely stay again:)

Staff muito prestável. A única coisa a apontar foi mesmo a temperatura do quarto: demasiado alta devido a outra hóspede que constantemente solicitou que a temperatura fosse aumentada. Não devia ser possível aumentar a temperatura a partir de um determinado grau. Tornou-se muito desconfortável passar as noites com o ar condicionado ligado.

good staff, I asked if I could switch to lower bed they gave me chance as soon as one would be free, close to Park Güell.

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit im Factory Hostel! Das Personal ist supernett, das Frühstück lecker, und im Female-Only-Zimmer konnte ich tolle neue Leute kennenlernen. Die Lage ist klasse – in der Nähe des Park Güell mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht über die gesamte Stadt, da das Hostel auf einer Anhöhe liegt. Mit der Metro kommt man überall schnell hin, und da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel auch nachts fahren, muss man sich um den Heimweg keine Sorgen machen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Me gustó todo los recepcionistas super 10 de 10 a todos la atención y la amabilidad lo es todo . Espacio de integración se preocupa por un grupo unido me gustó todo muchas gracias volveré ❤️

Decent hostel with a great location. From what I heard from other hostel goers, there seems to be a lot of really cool hostels in bcn that seem better than this place (especially if you want to party), but for the price and location, this was definitely a good value.

Es un buen hostal, la ubicación no es muy central pero tiene varias opciones de transporte cerca, el personal muy amable.

A bit far from the central area but very close to public transit. Great service, even some food at the front desk. Full breakfast 4€ in 2025. Second floor dorm has a huge balcony with a great view.

Nice hostel. Very clean and staff was helpful. Quiet area and near Park Güell. Fifteen minute walk to the metro but then a short ride from there to the center of the city.

Excelente ! Los espacios muy amplios, bien decorados y con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La limpieza excelente, diariamente hay alguien que limpia los baños de las habitaciones y los espacios comunes. Muy cómodo que ofrezcan alternativas de desayuno y café en la recepción. El personal que me atendió muy amable y dispuesto todo el tiempo a ayudar. Llegué un poco antes del horario de check in y tuve la suerte que me entregaron mi cama antes. Recomendadisimo!
