+ Ço pis bir otel. Hijyen sıfır.
- Yataklar ve örtüleri çok pis ve sikiydi. Ayrıca odalar kapsül gibi dar ve havasızlıdı.

- Our stay from November 21–23, 2025, was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues that made the room uncomfortable and unusable: the heating didn’t work, the in-room iPad malfunctioned, the phone was dead, and despite reporting everything to staff, nothing was fixed and housekeeping never came. Even after receiving temporary items like blankets, the room stayed freezing and we were never offered another room. After checking out, I contacted the hotel manager, who refused to acknowledge any of these problems and ended their email by suggesting that “if next time you’re in Rotterdam you choose to stay in a hotel that better suits your needs,” which I found dismissive and unprofessional. Given the overall experience, I believe a full reimbursement is justified.

- Ancak odada minibar yok. İçecek alsanız sıcacık oluyor. Odalarda wc banyo bi plastik kutunun içindesiniz gibi hissettiriyor. Bu ücrete daha iyi bir oda beklentimiz vardı.
- Das Hotel war nicht erreichbar und hat sich auch nicht auf Mails gemeldet! Ich wollte die reise verschieben, keine Meldung vom Hotel. Fühle mich betrogen

- La camera era un disastro. Il fatto che la finestra non si poteva aprire rappresentava un grosso problema, che NON era menzionato nell'annuncio booking. Purtroppo abbiamo un problema di salute che fa si che avere dell'aria (anche solo la semplice ventilazione) diretta verso di noi e un grosso problema, senza parlare del rumore constante dovuto alla ventilazione. Impossibile quindi aprire la finestra, spegnere la ventilazione, orientare diversamente la ventilazione... eravamo in trappola, chiusi in una scatola di sardine. Camera minuscola, ma soprattutto NESSUNA reale separazione con la zona bagno. Inutile seguire acriticamente le mode del design di interni, quando queste non sono funzionali alle persone. Siamo andati via dopo una sola notte, invece di 3. Ho scritto a booking per avere un rimborso delle rimanenti due notti, dato che la descrizione della camera ometteva un dato essenziale (finestra che non si poteva aprire), ma nessuna risposta. Siamo in vacanza, non in prigione, lasciateci l'aria fresca. E sopratutto, siamo clienti, non bestiame. Booking aspetto risposta.

- Zimmer zu klein!! Reinigung erst am 3.Tag!!!!!!! Dusche verstopft!! Frühstück: kein stiller Tisch, kein Platz!! Absolut nicht zum Entspannen!!
- Too bad. The hotel is overbooked, and they let me wait for more than 1 hour at midnight, just to deal with their cancellation fee.

lol someone took the towel that I paid for which was wierd but the staff were kind and we laughed about it together before they gave mw a new one free of charge ofcourse. unfortunately there was a class staying here as well and they were quite loud up until 11pm when I finally went out to tell them to be quiet, but in general the walls are quite thin so you can hear the people above you, outside and in the hallway if they aren't quiet. very clean though, so would probably still recommend!
Insane location! Really cool to stay inside of the cube house
Lockers were weird but the hot shower was great

+ Erg Fijn hotel in hartje Rdam, zalige kamers met alle comfort, aardig personeel en prettig dat je onder het hotel kan parkeren. Dus een aanrader als je je in het centrum van Rdam wil verblijven.
- Aanbod van tv zenders is niet groot en beeld bevriest af en toe. verder geen aanmerkingen.
+ Ein modernes Hotel mit vielen Design Icons und hervorragendem Frühstück. Moderne Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang. Schöner Ausblick auf den Hafen.
- Da man die Fenster nicht zum Lüften öffnen kann, und die Zimmer recht klein sind, war der Geruch aus dem Abfluss etwas unangenehm. Vom anderen Zimmer blickte man nur auf einen Innenhof von Bürogebäuden.

+ Hôtel moderne, confortable, bien situé. La chambre était propre et offrait une belle vue. Le petit-déjeuner était bon.
- Difficile de se garer près de l’hôtel. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus de choix au petit-déjeuner.
