- RACISM！！！！！I met racism in this hostel.When I use kitchen in the dining room one night, one of the hostel staff, an old man,came to me and said Chinese was hanged die on the street when he travelled to China and made funny faces at me!!!! China has abolished the hanging death hundreds years before. What he said is F**king lie!!! Why do you f**king lie you f**king racist!!!! And insult other’s country in front of one’s face made you proud?! Show some respect!! 我在这家青旅遇到了针对中国人的种族歧视！有天晚上我在公共区做饭，这家青旅的一个老的男性员工，对我说他去中国旅游的时候，见到大街上横挂中国人被绞死的尸体，因为是中国政府这样做的，他就亲眼见过。中国以及在一百多年前就废除了绞刑，你他妈怎么可能在中国见到？？你他妈凭什么说谎？？当着别人面侮辱别人的祖国让你很骄傲是吧？？

MAS A PIOR SITUAÇÃO É EM UM DIA DE TEMPERATURA DE 30º AO DIA, CHEGAR NO LOCAL E O AR CONDICIONADO, QUE ERA UM DOS FATORES QUE FALAVA NA DESCRIÇÃO, NÃO FUNCIONAVA. PROCUREI O PESSOAL DO HOTEL PARA PAGAR A DIFERENÇA PARA FICAR EM UM QUARTO ONDE O AR FUNCIONAVA, POIS HAVIA VAGA, NÃO FOI ACEITO. MAS O PIOR FOI UMA PESSOA, ACREDITO A GERENTE, FAZENDO UMA SIMULAÇÃO DE LIGAÇÃO DE QUE ESTAVA SE COMUNICANDO COM O PRESTADOR DE SERVIÇO PARA NO OUTRO DIA RESOLVER, O QUE NÃO FOI FEITO. RESUMINDO, PAGUEI UM SERVIÇO QUE NÃO OBTIVE. SERIA INTERESSANTE A BOOKING REVER ESSAS SITUAÇÕES, POIS O CORRETO SERIA EU SER RESSARCIDO PARTE DO VALOR PAGO.

- Die Lage ist ne Katastrophe, zu weit weg und Straße vor der Tür ist sehr laut. Das Zimmer ist zu teuer und das Personal sollte auch an der Freundlichkeit noch arbeiten. Im Zimmer fehlt ein Spiegel und ein Haken für Handtücher

+ O hostel é bem organizado, limpo e tudo feito de muito bom gosto.
- A localização é verdadeiramente horrivel! Fica a quase um quilometro de distancia do centro. Um kilometro de SOFRIDA SUBIDA. É como subir uma montanha. No meio do caminho peguei um taxi. Ainda que nao tenha muita bagagem, o caminho é bem dificil de percorrer. Fiquei por 4 dias, mas sai para visitar a cidade somente no ultimo dia por conta de nao querer subir novamente a rampa. Outra coisa muito desagradavel foi o atendimento de uma voluntaria chamada Camille. Extendi a estadia por um dia, e na manha seguinte ela disse que eu nao estava no sistema, que nao havia pago... Foi bem desconfortavel. No final, a pessoa que me atendeu esclareceu tudo com ela. Nao voltaria p la...

Lucked out on picking a hostel, such a lovely clean space with a nice kitchen and cute terrace. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful with plenty of tips and recommendations for the city. Showers were awesome. Leaving on a high note 🌸
Very nice hostel with very friendly staff and a nice family vibe! I was welcomed with Bosnian coffee and there's a good bakery almost next door. The old town is just a 15 minute walk away, just the way back is a little steep ;) Next time I'm in Sarajevo I will come back!
Great hostel and staff
Really social, clean, and friendly hostel with a great common room/terrace and good beds. The hostel staff are super friendly and really made me feel comfortable. They helped with any issues I had, and definitely added to the homely feel of the hostel. Special shoutout to Sheyla and Bojan!!!! The location at the top of the hill only takes 10 or so minutes to walk, so really worth it for how good the hostel is. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)
Loved this place a lot. Beautiful scenery, amazing common areas and kind staff!
Loved this hostel! The owner is such a sweet woman and the hostel workers were lovely and helpful. It immediately felt like a family and made some cool friends. Sometimes the owner makes delicious banana bread for breakfast (be sure to wake up early enough because it’s gone quickly). Its a maybe 20 minute walk from the main parts of the city but has good food and a grocery store nearby. Workers gave good advice for recommendations around the city as well and gave a detailed map. The location is very nice! Yes, it is going up the Hill like everything else in Sarajevo! It is right next to a Supermarket which is incredibly convenient. Šejla is the life of the hostel, she is very kind, welcoming and super funny! The hosts/volunteers really need to step up when she is not around because you can feel the silence or lack of atmosphere when she is not around. I enjoyed the room and the kitchen area quite a lot. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Sarajevo again.

The Kucha hostel was a pleasant surprise in Sarajevo. Besides being super well-equipped, with an excellent kitchen, a good common area, and a really nice terrace, it has extraordinary staff: Sheyla and Bojan, who are super friendly, helpful, and pleasant, as well as very good-humored. The hostel lives up to its good rating. I highly recommend it and would return.
The hostel is clean, safe, and social… a big part of why I loved visiting Sarajevo. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful (they gave me a lot of tips about the best food and things to see ariund the center). It’s very social and I met a lot of other solo travellers in the kitchen and terrace. There are many things to do in the old town which is only a 15 minute walk away. The location is on top of a hill but the view is worth the climb! Would definitely come back!!
Overall, the hostel was great. I was warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived. The manager was very kind, friendly, and lovely to talk to - the conversation and atmosphere were really nice. It’s definitely a hostel I would choose again.

+ Понравилось все! Уютный хостел. Доброжелательный персонал, удобная кровать, приятное постельное белье, наличие полотенцев, идеальная чистота. На большой кухне присутствие всей техники для приготовление пищи. Кухня как зона отдыха.В следующий приезд только в этот хостел !!!!

+ La dueña del hostal súper amable. El hostal tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en casa… piezas grandes y la cama era súper cómoda 🤗 El ambiente entre viajeros era excelente …. Lo pasé increíble …. Un lugar para volver sin duda !!! 🥳
