- Todas as noites o alarme disparou a cada 30 minutos , não dormi nenhuma noite, muito barulho nos corredores após as 22 horas, cozinha de uso comum sempre suja

- BEWARE, girls It was one of the worst nights of my life. They say they're a hotel, but they sell rooms as if they were a hostel. When you go to a hostel, there is privacy between the beds in shared rooms; that's what shared rooms are for. They sell rooms with a double bed and a separate bed next to it, in the same room, without any partition. It's like booking a double or family room to share with a stranger. Like shared rooms. I chose a shared room to spend just one night since my train had been cancelled, but I thought it would be a shared room like you see in other places, not that. They put me in a room with a double bed and another bed next to it. I was alone and thought they put me there because there was no other room available or because I was only going to spend 5 hours there. I thought no one else would come in (I arrived at 11 pm). I was already asleep when, at 1:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room. I woke up terrified and frightened by the noise of the door being opened violently. I stared at him in panic, afraid that he would lie down next to me. The man took a shower and came out of the bathroom in his underwear. He slept half-naked in the bed next to mine. I felt completely unsafe, with no privacy. Up all night, in panic Lucky I was dressed when that guy came in. That shouldn't be allowed in rooms with women alone. Their ridiculous argument is that it's my fault for not choosing the women's room. But their common sense went out the window... I don't recommend it. Completely unsafe for women. They care more about money than thinking about women. As is usually the case in the world, the man at reception sent an unknown man to the room without caring about me and my safety, and they even tried to blame me, saying that I chose to share the room. But not in a room like that. Totally irresponsible.This should be prohibited by hotel policy. A woman travelling alone, place her in a secure room. Regardless of the cost.
+ Creo que se aprovechan de la proximidad a la estación para cobrar alto y brindar un mal servicio. El hotel es muy malo
- Las camas son de media plaza como para el tamaño de un niño de máximo 11 años. Las habitaciones y el pasillo tenían un olor desagradable. El trafico de gente es constante pero el problema es que la semana que estuve uno de los dos pequeños ascensores estaba malogrado y fue eterno subir a las habitaciones

- طاقم سيء واغلب الاحيان موظف واحد في الاستقبال فقط وتعامل سيء بالاضافة الى عدم نظافة المرافق ورائحة سيئة وفريق التنظيف لا يحترم خصوصية النزلاء ويقوم بفتح باب الغرفه وفقط مصعد واحد يخدم كامل الفندق والباقي معطل Very bad experience, dirty facilities (kitchen toilets, corridors ... ) , bas smell , a lot of strangers, house keeping team are so noisy and they are respecting the privacy by open the room even with the "don't disturb notifications on the door" , carrying luggage service isn't available and very bad customer service,and only one elevator is surviving the whole hotel and the other under maintenance since 4 days ,in overall only the location near the train station is good othe than this is very bad

- Everything. The staff, parking, the rooms.. total chaos. You need to retrain your entire staff!!
+ It was clean. Decent location to the city center.
- Parked our vehicle via the on site parking garage. Had our vehicle parked below ground -2 with on site video monitoring. Woke up the next day to put our baggage away from the night before and found that our vehicle had been broken in to. Glass of our rental car had been broken in several locations. Nothing stolen but ruined our travel plans for the day. Don’t recommend the location as another vehicle in the same parking garage had been broken in to as I met them at the police station. DANGEROUS LOCATION! BEWARE!

- The hotel ruined our trip. The room was dirty, wall had paint taken off. The beds were making squeking noises when I moved. Really small beds for adults. The shared kitchen has very limited utencils to use and there was only one stove (with 4 hobs) but only two pots available to cook in. So if someone is using it then you can't do anything until they are done. And even after that there were people sitting and waiting. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen which were there for the whole stay. My kids really hated the place and we all were not happy for it. I have been staying in Menninger hotels many times. This is my third hotel and the worst experience. Usually these hotels are clean and everything is good but this one was just the worse. Don't get me started on the food. It was cheap, straight from super market, boiled eggs were cold. My kids just gave up on breakfast. It was the worst breakfast i've every had in a hotel.

It was good and clean
Super clean and modern hostel. The most security I've had in a hostel and the beds were super comfortable. I wish we would've stayed for more nights! The only downside was that I paid for a locker and it didn't end up working. They offered to keep it in the luggage room instead, but I was a little disappointed since I paid for a secure locker.
Facilities have room for improvement, although I have not particular complaint about them :)
For solo female travelers: I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are a solo female traveler, let alone a group of females. The location was 5 minutes away from the train station in Brussels which made it easier to travel to and from the Charleroi airport and to trains, however the atmosphere at night was not comfortable. This was my first solo trip and I was not comfortable walking around the area alone. I left the city center before sunset to walk:save money. Uber is best after dark.
room was clean and staff were helpful but there was a lack of storage for bags & suitcases in the room, as one would expect in a hostel
J'ai été très agréablement surprise de l'entierté du service. Personnel sympa. Grande propreté. Décoration et installations agréables, Chambre ultra nickelle! Vraiment très très bien. J'ai juste regretté le supplément de 5€ pour accéder à un casier fermé. Ce qui reste un détail. Et pourtant je reconnais que je suis une cliente relativement exigeante. Bravo!
I was very pleasantly surprised by the integrity of the service. friendly staff. great cleanliness. nice decoration and facilities, ultra nickel room! really very very good. i just regretted the extra 5€ for access to a locked locker. which remains a detail. and yet i admit i am a relatively demanding customer. bravo!
It is a very good place anda it has different places to spend time with other people. My only criticism is that there were other guests who were very annoying and spent all day in the kitchen
The people from the hostel where nice, the people in my room where rude. The bathroom was filthy with hairs and underwair. My bed was filthy aswel with al sorts of things, the bartender didn’t give me what I orderd.

+ Très proche de la gare de Bruxelles midi, idéal si on doit prendre un train. Bon rapport qualité prix
+ Pretty central for transport options . Room was good, staff very helpful when asking for assistance . Plenty opportunities to self cater , though we didn’t use them, but decent kitchen and area to sit and eat .
- Pillows could have been firmer but personal choice from 3 of us !! Or maybe option of least 2 pillows .
+ Great location for connections since it is close to train station. Room was slightly small but comfortable and clean.
- Surroundings didn't seem very safe especially late in the evening.
