+ Lo unico bueno fue la ubicación

- Las sábanas estaban sucias con materia fecal, el personal al que me queje esperando que al menos las cambie fue muy mal educado y se retiró del lugar, luego llego otro que si las cambió pero la experiencia fue malisima.

+ La posizione vicino la stazione centrale

- Struttura fatiscente, stanza pessima e sporca, muro crepato, soffitto malmesso, tende sporche, lenzuola sporche, ambiente buio, bagno sporchissimo e bruttissimo, non ho osato lavarmi li. Inoltre, alla reception abbiamo assistito alla discussione con un ospite che lamentava di avere lenzuola sporche e il receptionist gli ha risposto “è una problema tuo”. Inaccettabile e vergognoso.

+ the location was nice

- the room is was very small, the bed was NOT a double bed, it is not made to fit 2 people. The bathroom was very very small and the sink was in bad condition. We had to hand in the key to our room whenever we left the hotel and the staff was rude about it when I asked why we could not take the key with us (which is so weird considering the staff could enter out room any time with that key). At some point me and my friend were locked in the hotel because the staff was not around. There was no reason to lock the main door of the hotel.

- 写真写りが良すぎる。テレビはあったが、リモコンはない。電気スタンドは故障中。なお、クーラーもないので、下記の宿泊は避けた方が良い。 ホテルの入口がとても分かりにくい。窓を開けると裏側で、料理屋の排気とタバコ（大麻？）が流れ込んでくる。 リフトが無いという注記を読み落としていたのは私の落ち度だが、巨大なトランク2個を4回まで運び上げるのはとても辛い。予約前にもっとはっきり注意して欲しかった。当然、荷物は預かってくれない。対面式の手荷物預かり所は沢山あるが、アプリで予約・支払いが必要。かなり高い。市内は酷い石畳で（ドイツでもここまでのは出会ったことはない）、キャリーケースで来る街ではない。 場所が良いだけで選ぶのは気をつけよう。高くても安心なチェーンが良いでしょう。 中央駅でも、21時にはとても雰囲気が悪く、危険な香りしかしなかった。 Photographs turn out too well. There was a television, but no remote control. The electric lamp is out of order. Furthermore, as there is no air conditioning, it is advisable to avoid staying at the following accommodation. The hotel entrance is extremely difficult to find. Opening the window reveals the rear side, where restaurant exhaust fumes and tobacco (or cannabis?) drift in. It was my own fault for overlooking the note about no lift, but lugging two huge trunks up to the fourth floor was extremely tough. I wish they'd made this much clearer before booking. Naturally, they won't store your luggage. There are plenty of face-to-face luggage storage facilities, but you need to book and pay via an app. It's quite expensive. The city centre has dreadful cobblestones (I've never encountered such bad ones even in Germany) – it's not a place to come with a wheeled suitcase. Be wary of choosing solely for location. Opt for a reliable chain, even if pricier. Even at the central station, the atmosphere was very unpleasant by 9 pm, and it smacked of danger.

+ Have you ever experienced going to a hotel, paying money, and then finding the room dirty with unhygienic bedsheets? How is it even possible to stay in a hotel where the door cannot be locked from the inside? How are people supposed to sleep peacefully in a foreign country they don’t know? I am absolutely not satisfied and I truly hope nobody else goes there, because this hotel is not safe at all.

- Have you ever experienced going to a hotel, paying money, and then finding the room dirty with unhygienic bedsheets? How is it even possible to stay in a hotel where the door cannot be locked from the inside? How are people supposed to sleep peacefully in a foreign country they don’t know? + La posizione

- Orribile!!!! Non ho mai visto una stanza più squallida e vecchia in vita mia! Non capisco come si possano proporre stanze simili. La finestra del balcone era completamente rotta e sganciata dal muro, quindi, pur tenendola chiusa, passava l'aria. Il bagno era osceno., sporco, vecchio, tenda della doccia tenuta ai ganci a malapena. La cosa più assurda e pericolosa è stata la presa di corrente con i fili scoperti posta accanto al letto. Mio marito per sbaglio l'ha toccata e ha preso la scossa. Pur essendo ottima la posizione, a questo punto meglio dormire in stazione!

- Fotos don’t match reality. It was dirty, old, the shower was broken. I have booked for 2 nights, however it was that bad, I left after the first night

+ Lo cerca que esta al centro

- La suciedad del lavamanos y el suelo de la habitación sin barrer, también que no están aisladas la habitación, al menos la que nos tocó, de lo peor, la habitación número 11 no la recomiendo a nadie, la ventana del balcón es de madera antigua y esta curvada, por qué entraba aire y mucho ruido, la verdad que no hemos dormido bien y pocas horas a consecuencia de ello, no volveremos allí, y el trato del personal muy malo Las habitaciones no tienen colores como lo describen en la página, son sucias y antiguas

+ Excellent location, plaza view, Gentle and supporting staff.

- No elevator, you should carry only light luggage. Small and a bit craméd rooms. Very small and old TV, no cable

- per raggiungere la stanza due piani a piedi, niente ascensore, Stanza fredda, piccola, bagno scomodo, lavello piccolo e per accedere alla doccia un gradino alto

- Dommage qu’on ne sait pas avoir de petit déjeuner à l’Hôtel.

+ Todo estuvo genial: el hotel muy limpio, con una ubicación inmejorable cerca de todo lo importante de la ciudad. Recomendable 100%

+ Posizione ottima perfetta e super centrale

- L’accoglienza della signora che il primo giorno di check in, nessun controllo non hanno nemmeno chiesto i documenti

+ location was very central and close to the train station - couldn't as for better. It was in a busy area but the noise didn't bleed much at all. Staff were very nice. I got everything I paid for.

- minimal facilities in room - no fridge, coffee tea etc at all. I had to give reception my key whenever I left, which makes sense but felt awkward. Noises in the hallway were very loud in the room.

+ Τοποθεσία. Ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο. Καθημερινή αλλαγή πετσετών.

- Στρώμα χαλασμένο. Ελλιπής ασφάλεια (ανοιγε η πόρτα μόνη της). Σεντόνια και καθαριότητα μπάνιου ελλιπής. ;
