   There was absolutely nothing pleasant about this experience. Terrible accommodation, an indescribable mess, extremely noisy, and dishonest payment practices. I was additionally charged €30 just for checking in at 11:00 PM. Read everything very carefully before booking, because afterwards you can no longer cancel.

The place no longer looks like the photos, now it feels gloomy and abandoned. My rating isn’t lower only because of the good location near the station and because the woman at check-out was far more helpful than the previous staff member.

   There is nothing to like. SCAM RATHOLE! didn’t like absolutely everything. First I paid 25€ then i read carefully their so-called rules - they charge 25€ on top for checking before 10:30pm and another 25€ if you come 10:30-2. So imagine you booked hostel for 25 like me and on arrival it’s actually 75€. Moreover there is no blankets and towels and probably no hot water. So, I am happy I used a disposable revolut card to secure booking cause they made me sure they want charge - and right now after 4 days, they ofc trying to charge me. A funny thing that I didn’t pay but thnx to system of booking I am now able to write a comment. Don’t recommend this cave. Even for 25 or free.

    Muy mala experiencia en este hostel. El check-in tardó casi una hora. Además, me cobraron más dinero del precio que originalmente se había indicado. Los baños tenían un fuerte olor a orina, la cocina estaba muy sucia y había un tubo roto botando agua durante toda la noche, lo que hizo muy incómoda la estadía. También presencié una discusión muy fuerte por parte de Sandra, hacia otro huésped, incluyendo comentarios ofensivos e inapropiados y golpes. La limpieza no era prioridad. No recomie.

    It's a very dirty place and they check you in by paying money online. When you go to the property, they ask you for money again and tell you that you are checking in late. They take 25 euro separately and take money to give you bed sheet 5 euro per night bed sheets separately. They are total frauds. My review 00000star

    The price didn’t match the price when I booked it here. It said I would pay 13 euros but ended up paying 20.5 euros. The smell in the hostel was awful. You didn’t get any key, so every door is unlocked. Bathrooms were disgustinf and there were no locks. No warm water for shower. Didn’t get any tower for shower. Only got a bedsheet as a blanket when it was freezing. Luckily I was only staying one night and leaving very early morning.

    Installations and security were the biggest issues for me. Bathrooms had old and dirty tiles, the showers didn't lock in properly so I had to hold it the whole time as I showered. The rooms had no security because the doors could be opened by anyone as there was no security system that granted access only for guests. I found ticks in my bed linen as well. Also, the whole building smelled like some chemical product and that bothered me a lot. Book it for 2 nights max, not 4 nights like I did

    Whatever you do find another hostel, it’s so bad that it’s gotten me to write a review which I’ve never done before. Staff were so rude one of them threw my bed sheets onto me and walked away mumbling something, none of the doors into the hostel have locks or key cards so anyone can get in and anything can get stolen, the room smelt like absolute Sh*t and people were screaming on the phone at 3am. Not a bad area it’s in but if I was to go to Milan again, there is no way I’d pick this place.

    Unfortunately I took the decision to stay in this hostel during my stay in Milan, I had a problem I booked accidentally a room for girls and when arriving they said I had to pay 42€ to get a men’s room, when in fact the room was 30€ because I asked to my roommates. I paid a ridiculous amount for such a bad place the toilet smelled like crap it was horrible, the area where is located feels unsafe, and the common areas aren’t the best, I feel like I was scammed, the money asked doesn’t match at all the quality, I stayed at other hostels even in Venice for less and the hostels worth the money, the personal here just wants to take advantage of you, and warning for the girls it feels like they charge less for women’s bed with weird intentions, if you are a man and want to stay for one night is ok, but if you are traveling this is not the place, there are better options for the absurd amount they ask, I forgot to add that they leave the doors open, and they don’t give you keys so if you don’t have a padlock it could be dangerous, people that books the place are mostly homeless people in necessity so you could be in danger, even with all that I experienced it wasn’t extremely terrorific if you are a men if I were a girl I’ll never book this place. this is definitely not a hostel for travelers is a house of passing.

    The WORST HOSTEL experience I’ve ever had, unsafe, dirty and totally unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This place should not even be open, and I honestly don’t understand how Hostelworld still lists it. From the first night, my friend and I felt extremely unsafe. We were first put in a mixed dorm with strange men who made us feel uncomfortable, so we asked to change rooms. In the next room, there was a man who was clearly drunk and high, drinking alcohol, smoking, and literally singing loudly like he was performing a concert in the middle of the night while everyone was trying to sleep. It was terrifying, we had to sleep together in the same bed out of fear. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, horrible smell, water leaking everywhere, mold, and dirty floors. We had to wear shoes to even step inside. The mattresses were stained and filthy, the lockers were broken, and the window couldn’t even open properly. Nothing looks like the photos online. The pictures are totally misleading. The reception area smelled strongly of marijuana, and one night when we came back around 5 AM (Halloween night, as we were told we could), we had to wait over 10 minutes knocking on the door because no one opened. When we finally got in, we found the receptionist asleep on the sofa. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional. Most of them barely speak English, so if anything serious happens, you can’t even communicate properly. When I tried to explain all of this, the staff became defensive instead of trying to help or apologize. Later, the hostel even sent me an email threatening to contact their lawyers just because I mentioned that I would share my experience online. That’s not how a professional business behaves, that’s how people act when they know they’ve done something wrong. This place is unsafe, dirty, and completely disorganized, especially for young women traveling alone. Another guest also told us that a staff member used his phone to write a fake positive review for the hostel, which makes all the good reviews here very questionable.... For your safety and peace of mind, do not stay here under any circumstances. There are many affordable hostels in Milan, but this one is a total nightmare. Honestly, it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life.

Successivamente alla conferma della prenotazione, è pervenuta una comunicazione via chat che notificava l'obbligo di versare un extra di €50 per il servizio di check-in tardivo. Tale prassi costituisce una condotta commerciale scorretta e opaca, in quanto l'importo aggiuntivo avrebbe dovuto essere esplicitamente indicato e incluso nelle condizioni e nelle informazioni della struttura prima della conclusione del contratto. Si è pertanto provveduto a richiedere il rimborso integrale dell'importo versato. Inoltre, è stata sporta segnalazione formale nei confronti dell'esercente presso le Autorità di Pubblica Sicurezza, la propria istituzione bancaria per potenziale attività fraudolenta e si procederà, in data odierna, con la segnalazione all'associazione per la tutela dei diritti dei consumatori.     Nothing, it was a terrible, horrible experience. This was by far the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. We had booked two single beds in a mixed dormitory, but the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty, with foul and pestilential odors. The beds looked unhygienic and seemed infested, possibly with bedbugs. The bathroom was in a catastrophic state – dirty, unusable, with feces, urine on the floor, and mold everywhere. It was simply impossible to shower or even step inside. On top of that, we felt unsafe all night since the dorm door could not be properly locked, leaving us worried that strangers could walk in from outside at any moment. Overall, this was a terrible and stressful experience. This place should not be listed on Booking.com in such conditions.

    This place sucked. Dodgy part of town and not one lock on any door including the bathroom. We had people walking through our dorms late at night who weren’t in our room, felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable to sleep. Didn’t cook a meal because of the state of the kitchen, food and scum in the sink and not one clean dish. People sleeping on the couches in communal area and on floors under pool table, staff seemed unfazed. Showers were full of mould and the pipes were leaky so we didn’t shower at all. “Clean” sheets we were given at the start of the stay were stained with who knows what, as well as the mattresses and pillows which stank. The smoking area was inside so the entire building smelt of cigarettes. Would not recommend. Cough up some extra money and go somewhere with at least one lock on a door.

    Unbelievable, milano of 2025 , I was not expecting to luxury hotel, and not even a luxury hostel, room , bed ,shower , mattress floor are at inhabiteble condition, also wiring of electricity are external from wall as a bypass, exposed to be ripped off and electrocute users , the room is easily catching heat and weak air conditioning unit does not help too much, only at night, you dont have to supply a shared kitchen, but if you do, it needs to be maintained well, its a matter of health, sheets were disgusting with hairs that I dont want to know what last guests have done on this bed, but I took out from closet another sheet and made the bed, floor of shower were very dirty with hairs and flooded with water leaking from shower, and if you need toilet, may God will help you with this, you need to hold the seat wont fall with your back, along with all that after I have read few real reviews here, I noticed that almost each one found somebody else in the room after returning from outside, in my case, I believe I have catch them by time, an African woman was try to open the door , playing with the lock that waked me up , she was trying, after I opened the door to see what she want she was trying to get in by force, I took the door away from her and she did try again , so I told her this is " my room " and its better for her to take off, after I shut the door I have heard some as was sounding as her mate, told here to go away, I'm not sure, It is not justifies its price, moreover not the fees, At least I can say it was for me a test, that I can survive even a kind of places as this one Better for the to after summer, take everything out and rebuild as needed to , so it will be at least normal but still modest... No one ask a room service, just modest , simple and clean place to lay down....

    STAY AWAY if you value your security. Only 4 lockers for luggage in a room sleeping 9. Paid for room of 6, but put in 9 with no word, apology or refund. NO KEYS OR LOCKS ON THE ROOMS. NO KEYS OR LOCKS ON THE FRONT DOOR. ANYONE COULD WALK IN AND INTO A ROOM AND TAKE LUGGAGE AT ANY TIME, not to mention personal safety. Filthy and broken down. Staff were rude and couldn't care less. Work area; I was kicked out of at 9 pm so a staff could sleep behind a curtain in basically a closet. Creepy!

    Terrible experience – avoid this place! Hostel Colors in Milan is extremely dirty and unsafe. The rooms were filthy, the mattresses disgusting, and the bathroom full of hair and dirt. We had to make our own beds, there was no hot water, and the place looked like a prison. It was loud all night and didn’t feel safe at all. We paid €150 for two nights, plus €80 in hidden fees – for a room that was completely unacceptable. Please, don’t stay here. It’s not a hostel – it’s a dump.

    I stayed two nights and in the second one, a tube got broken and I have to leave the room in the middle of the night. I was moved to a room without calefaction and in another building. The hostel charged full amount despite the terrible night we had. The first night my food was stoled from the común areas. You are charged for everything, towels, usage of areas, bedsheets, everything.

False information filled in by the owner about the conditions of stay and payment here on booking.com (supposedly city tax is included in the price, which is a lie). 2. Lies at check-in (they put you in more spacious rooms with the impossibility of canceling the check-in). Payment only in cash. Cash is put into a special "cash machine". The employee cannot get the money out of there - only the owner. Therefore, when you see the "wrong" room, you will not be able to get your money back. 3. Terrible unsanitary conditions everywhere. 4. Most of the people live in the rooms on a permanent basis. Everything is hung with sheets and belongings. A pile of scattered food around the beds of these people. 4. Theft. At night, all the food was stolen from the refrigerator (between 12am and 4 am).

    My experience at this hostel was the worst I've ever had. The reception area was dark and dingy and looked sketchy. The staff were uninterested in answering any questions and came off as rude. In the dorm room, there were no locks on the door (which is a big security issue) and no electric sockets near the bed. The floor was sticky and the blankets smelled musty. The bathrooms were not in the room and could be accessed by anyone and were dirtier than any public toilet I've been in.

    Worst hostel ever! I’ve made a reservation TWO months ago. Yesterday Booking sent me a message saying my card was rejected, it’s a card I’ve been using for months now and made many other reservations. I changed the card to another one that has limit and works perfectly internationally and they said it was rejected, I didn’t even get any notification about any attempt. I contacted them through chat and they didn’t bother to answer. Now today in the day of the check-in, my reservation was cancelled and they didn’t even contact me. I called them and they said I should re-book, and a reservation that was €55 now it’s €455 and they said they can’t help me. Awful experience. Now I’ll have to find a new place that will probably be much more expensive!

    BED BUGS alert! Rudeness, dirt, bad customer service, avoid this place! Nothing positive to mention. SCAM! The bed BED BUGS were found in the shared room, zero cleanliness, you are given one bedsheet only, no toilet paper or soap, spotted dirty mattresses, dark and dirty room. Disgusting place. Staff so unfriendly and unwelcoming. After reporting the bed bugs at the reception they refused to compensate me on the spot. Moving to another room was not acceptable (possible infestation). They told me to email them for money refund which I did not accept because I had a feeling it's their trick. The situation was escalated and they called the police on me! After weeks of emailing them and contacting them via booking still no money received. They do not communicate. They are rude scammers, irresponsible, they knowingly spread bed bugs, infections and refuse to take accountability. Please stay safe and never go to this place!

I made a reservation on Booking two months in advance, and the day before check-in, the payment was processed and declined on both my Visa and Mastercard (both cards were working normally). My reservation was canceled. I offered to pay in cash or with another card, but the hostel refused. They wanted me to book again. I had reserved a room in July for €72, and the current price of the room they asked me to pay was €508. My family and I were left without a place to stay, and we had to book another hostel, which was much more expensive. Thank God we found a place that we could pay. —- Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!!! Fiz uma reserva no Booking com 2 meses de antecedência e um dia antes do check-in o pagamento foi processado e recusado nos meus cartões Visa e Mastercard (ambos os cartões funcionando normalmente). Minha reserva foi cancelada, eu disse ao hostel para pagar em dinheiro ou outro cartão, mas eles recusaram. Eles falaram que eu precisava reservar novamente. Eu tinha reservado um quarto em julho por € 72 e o preço atual do quarto que me pediram para pagar era € 508. Minha família e eu ficamos sem um lugar para ficar, tendo que reservar qualquer outro hostel, muito mais caro. Graças a Deus conseguimos um lugar que conseguíamos pagar.

En mi primer dia me cambiaron de habitación a las 1am porque dicen que el cuarto ya estaba reservado, me mudaron en un cuarto que parecia un sotano y la cama parecia usada. 2. Es un hostel muy inseguro, cualquiera puede entrar. Un borracho que no era huesped entro durante la madrugada en el baño y salió insultándome mientras yo estaba sentado en el sofa y al recepcionista no le importo, solo lo miro y ya. 3. El cuarto huele a mierda (literal) y no tiene ventilación alguna. 4. Tienes que pagar un monto extra por tus sabanas. 5. Lo único bueno de este hostal es que esta cerca del metro y la recepcionista chica de la mañana. En resumen, no te quedes en este hostel para ahorrar unos cuantos euros, te vas a arrepentir.

    Practicamente nada, los trabajadores muy amables, lo único que podria decir bueno del sitio. Todo. No se ni por donde empezar. Segun entras en el establecimiento parece un local abandonado, el aspecto es muy descuidado. Al llegar habia que realizar el pago, y sobre el precio que se supone que teniamos q pagar se añadieron otros 12€ mas no reembolsables por “las toallas” (este suplemento no venia especificado en ningun sitio y las toallas se supone q debian estar incluidas). Señalo de las toallas que la tela era como de trapo de cocina, no estoy segura si realmente podrian considerarse toallas. Para llegar a la habitacion habia q subir varios pisos (no tiene ascensor) y una vez alli todo iba de mal en peor. Lo mas destacable la falta de higiene (incluso encontramos una uña en el suelo), todo daba repelus tocarlo. No habia jabon de manos, las taquillas no tenian candado, la cerradura de la habitacion iba mal y a veces habia que realizar varios intentos para cerrar con llave, las paredes de papel (se escuchaba mucho ruido de otras habitaciones, incluso simples conversaciones q tuvieron unos chicos de al lado hasta las 5 de la mañana) y, lo peor de todo: la persiana estaba rota y no bajaba, por lo que a traves de una ventana gigante entraba toda la luz de las farolas de noche y la luz del sol por la mañana y durante el dia. El menaje de la habitacion no estaba preparado por lo que tuvimos que volver a bajar los pisos a pedir toallas. Por otro lado, eramos dos en una habitacion triple, yo creo que no se fiaban de que metieramos a nadie mas, por lo que durante nuestro segundo dia de estancia alli entraron sin permiso en la habitacion y se llevaron el colchon sobrante donde teniamos todas nuestras pertenencias extendidas (si, efectivamente tampoco habia armario), cogieron nuestra ropa y la arrebuñaron en otra cama. Las camas eran estrechitas aunque aceptablemente comodas. A destacar que el precio fueron de 300€ 4 noches, por lo que tampoco considero que fuera barato (mas suplemento de 12€) En fin, todo muy mal

    The boss is a liar I have stayed in more than 100 youth hostels, and this is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. I booked a 6-person room, but the boss cheated me and gave me an 8-person room. The next day, he said he would compensate me by giving me a 6-person room or an 8-person room. The environment here is really bad, it's just a place where pigs live. There is no air conditioning, it smells bad, and the quilt is particularly dirty.     Fuyez ! C'est la pire expérience dans un hôtel (si l'on peut appeler ce bâtiment un hôtel...) de ma vie ! Nous étions deux femmes, et la localisation n'est absolument pas sécurisée. Nous avions réservé une chambre de six personnes avec climatisation, et nous nous sommes retrouvées dans une chambre de huit personnes, sans climatisation, en plein mois d'août sous 35 degrés. Évidemment, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc nous avons dû monter trois étages à pied avec nos valises. Nous avons dû payer la taxe de séjour (10 € en espèces, alors que les moins de 25 ans ne devraient pas en payer à Milan, mais le monsieur à l'accueil nous l'a caché). Nous n'avions qu'un billet de 20 €, et il n'avait pas de monnaie sur lui ! Les draps sont pitoyables, et la salle de bain est sale. Bref, nous sommes restées dix minutes avant de trouver un meilleur hôtel, plus proche de la ville. Nous avons demandé un remboursement, qui a évidemment été refusé, et un e-mail nous a été donné pour envoyer notre plainte. Évidemment, ils ne nous ont jamais répondu, et en plus de ça, j'ai dû me battre pour qu'ils me rendent la taxe de séjour que je venais de leur donner ! Pour votre bien, choisissez un autre hôtel !

    The only positive about this property was the location and how close it was to the train station and metro. The staff at the property itself has no respect at all, we booked a private room and paid for 4 beds but 3 days into our stay they nicked one of our beds and didn’t even notify us about it. There’s no air conditioning either so good luck.

    Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos... Menuda estancia tan HORRIBLE. Tuve que irme antes de lo previsto del hotel porque era INSOPORTABLE estar ahí. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que no reserve, por favor. No vale la pena ni siquiera para dormir. El barrio donde está situado es inseguro, el hotel está en muy malas condiciones higiénicas. Las habitaciones no cierran bien con la llave, existe el peligro de que cualquiera entre en la habitación y pueda robar las pertenencias personales. El baño huele fatal y la parte de la grifería está oxidada tanto en el lavabo como en la ducha. Había un agujero en la pared en mi habitación en la parte superior. Todo estaba sucio y seguía igual tras pasar una noche, no vinieron a limpiar mi habitación. Hacía mucho calor por la noche y por el día, el ventilador estaba medio suelto, con riesgo a que se me cayese encima. Además, era muy ruidoso. Había muchos mosquitos en la habitación, me picaron por todo el cuerpo. Las sábanas tenían un olor extraño y el colchón era incómodo. Las paredes no aislaban del ruido externo, se escuchaba todo. Me cobraron 20€ extra por una supuesta tasa en efectivo, que a saber si eran tasas o para conseguir más dinero extra a mi costa. El día que decidí irme a otro hotel más decente, me aseguraron que me devolverían el dinero de las 2 noches que no pasaría ahí, pero me han mentido, ni siquiera se han puesto en contacto conmigo para avisarme. He tenido que llamar por teléfono y escribir muchos mensajes para que me contesten y todo para decirme que no me devolverán nada porque han rechazado el reembolso del dinero, el mismo día que dejé el hotel me aseguraron la devolución y me dijeron que no me lo podían dar porque no les funcionaba la máquina del dinero, son unos ladrones, unos sucios y mentirosos. Ahora han pasado horas sin contestarme y no son capaces de enviarme el reembolso ni de dar la cara. Estoy muy disgustada. NO VOLVERÉ.

    Your health, privacy and the safety of your luggage are not respected in this hostel. Would not recommend anyone to stay here it’s a disgrace. Experienced a terrible incident myself with bed bugs in the room. One of my roommates got bit and had to sleep in the reception for the rest of the night. The staff were aware of this but kept their mouth shut. When I came back in the evening, I found out that rooms were changed and my bag was gone. Appearantly the staff just took it with them as my stuff was lying all around in the reception. When I asked what the issue was, the receptionist lied to me and told that there was an electricity problem. My room mates had to tell me the bed bugs were the real reason. And in the new room we found them as well. Ik got bit at all my arms and legs. Also, you cannot lock your room in this place. The hostel consists of two buildings. In the building with the reception, anyone can just walk in and enter a room if they wish. The other building the main door is locked from the outside and you don’t receive a key, which means that if no staff is available you cannot enter the hostel at all. Only positive point about this place I can name is the kindness of my roomates. But since that can be found anywhere please avoid this hostel.

    Very bad cleanliness, mold on the bathroom, stains on the beds, signs of bed bugs. Staff was not very welcoming. Security low, no lock on door, everybody could enter, storage cabinets unlockable and too few for the amount of people.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. There isn’t any locks on the doors so anyone can walk into the hostel at any point. The bathroom didn’t even have a shower head it was only trickling water from a pipe and there was poop on the floor next to the toilet. On arrival we were told that the room may smell like chemicals due to a bedbug problem and the man at the reception with long hair said and I quote “the bedbugs are due to dirty French men that stayed here” The only good thing about this place was the subway station near it so you can leave immediately.

    I would never go back there is no keys to The Doors to The Roms, and The people working there is not sweet, and The bathroom is an Experience, there is no locker, we booked 5 night and left after 1 we didn’t feel safe

    Do not stay here! No locks on bedroom doors, we had a random man come into our female dorm when he was drunk. The balcony out our bathroom window was connected to a male room and could’ve easily got in that way too. Kitchen and bathroom facilities have a build up of dirt. Some of my food got stolen from the fridge. Also booked for a 6 bed female dorm and they had crammed 2 extra beds in so didn’t get what I paid for. By far the worst hostel I’ve stayed out of a whole 6 weeks of travel!!

    Super dirty, felt completely unsafe. No security at all, any stranger can enter to rooms because they don’t give you keys to your room. People that stays in this place are extremely weird. I suggest if you have the chance not to stay there, it’s worth it to pay an extra 10€ per night and feel safe.

    A dirty, smelly, dark, unsafe place that attracts rude guests. There are one or two polite people on the staff. The bathroom is unsanitary. The kitchen is disgusting, dark and lacks utensils. Some of my food in the fridge was stolen. But the WORST thing is that the photos on the website definitely don't match the reality.

    One of the most dirty hostels I have ever been, the shower had mould on the floor and ceiling, i have pictures that i can't put on this comment, also the ceiling of the room was full of spider webs and something drop on me while i was sleeping. No security, i had no key and there was no lock to the room. I didn't enjoy my stay at this hostel.

    I dont like nothnig I couldn't spend the night in the hotel because I wasn't wearing a vest, but the hotel took my money anyway and they blocked my number and when I call them from a different number and introduce myself as me, they cancel and block it immediately. Shame on this hotel never again, I'd rather sleep on the street.

    When you stay in a shared dorm, you expect snoring, night owls, early risers, uncomfortable beds, etc. These things do not bother me. I stayed three nights in a shared dorm and could not wait to leave. The entire place is filled with gross smells- especially in bathrooms and coming out of drains. Sleeping there, you wake up congested. The place is filthy. They keep the lights dimmed and play loud music in the lobby. When I arrived, the shower hose was not attached to the shower head. My dorm was in a separate building- which is okay- but there was no security. You walk in the building, unlocked 24/7, into your room, unlocked 24/7 (for shared dorms), and put your items in a locker (no key or lock provided). I believe the main building is the same except for one person working the front desk. Someone used my flip flops for the bathroom while I was gone. In my experience the service and location was okay. The sheets seemed clean. I highly recommend that you spend a little more to stay somewhere better. I feel this review is too kind- don’t stay here.

    Nothing The worst experience in all my travels I have had in this hostel. I do not know how Booking can place trust in these things. It is not a place to stay at all. It is a brothel full of drunkards. A disgusting smell in the rooms. Old, dirty mattress. It will not accept a complaint from you. Many people left the place without Staying overnight even though they paid for the hotel, the reception is not at the level, people who have nothing to do with tourism, exploitative scammers, they deducted the amount of city fees twice, the first time by card and the second time in cash, so the amount I paid was approximately 150 euros for 3 nights, in a place that looked like a stable. Not recommended at all
