Bedbugs/flees

Bedbugs and fleas detected. We got bitten multiple times. 🛏️🪲 Horrible common bathroom. They could have done normal 2 toilets and 1 shower, but they made 3 toilets and 2 showers, that you have to squeeze in. The location is right in the center, but the alleyway in quite shady. Feels dangerous to return home in the evening. It's hot in the room. No AC in the room and floor fan won't save you. Noice on the street up to 4 a.m., so you either bake with closed windows or listen to screaming outside. The photos look much nicer, than everything actually is. If you have problems with stairs and need accessibility - you won't find any there. But there were some positive moments: - the staff if polite. - there was always soap and toilet paper in WC. Don't try to save money by booking a room in this place. It will ruin your trip.

Bedbugs. Simple as that, and disqualifying the whole place. The owners seemed nice but when we started getting bitten by bedbugs, they changed their tone. They made excuses like "it's just flies" (lol, especially that we receiver confirmation from hospital, that these were bedbugs) and refused to give back money, even for the necessary treatment, which wasn't cheap. Never again.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!! I don't even know where to begin on describing this place. On our first night the ceiling fell down in the bathroom! The kitchen was dirty with no place to sit. The staff was very negligent. For example, yesterday we met two guys who had been trying to check in for 3 hours but no staff was to be found. One morning we woke up to the screams of a woman getting robbed outside our window. I am sure I have forgotten half of the stuff on why you should run away from this place. You have been warned! But to be positive, we did not find any bed bugs.
