Tuvimos muy mala experiencia. Alquilamos con mi amiga en la misma reserva una hab de 2 camas femeninas y cuando llegamos nos querían separar y ponernos en dormitorio mixto. Después el hostel tenia olores raros, la cama incómoda y toda la información en inglés estando en España. La ubicación muy buena!!! Eso si.

The location is great and the staff are friendly. My room was clean enough but the common areas didn’t feel particularly clean. Was quite cold in the night and the wifi didn’t work in my room.

I was on the first floor and our window had a hole in it large enough for someone to have fit their hand through and opened the window. I caught a man staring at me through it at one point in the night as I was closest and on the bottom bunk. There are also no locks on the dorm rooms and the building door is not very secure. The shower was disgusting too, this was my 20th hostel and worst ever and my bar is pretty low. I’ve never left a review before but I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable.

On April 28th, there was a nationwide blackout, and I was on a train that got stuck in the middle of nowhere with no signal for over 17 hours. Because of this, even though I tried to call the property, my phone obviously wasn’t working, so I requested a refund for the night. They were quite unkind, saying that if I had called earlier to let them know, they *might* have considered a refund — clearly not understanding that the main issue was the lack of signal.

Les matelas de la chambre sont usés et s'affaissent au milieu, la salle de bain avait un seau pour récupérer l'eau qui coulait du plafond. Au vu du prix pour une chambre avec deux lits superposés c'est inacceptable.

He viajado al rededor de 39 países, diferentes hostales, este por mucho es uno de los peores, hubo fiesta hasta las 12 de la noche y al ser un piso de planta baja, los "fiesteros" decidieron coger el lugar de "after". Dentro de las políticas mencionaron que era de 25 a 40 años, indicando que era un espacio para hacer amigos, pero eso es una cosa y otra es dar "cuerda floja" a todos los huéspedes. Una muy mala experiencia.

I paid a lot for a private room. It was clean and safe but the air conditioning was broken and the bed was very small (a double). When we asked about the air conditioning the staff was not able to fix it. It was unbearably hot on the third floor. Book somewhere else if working AC is important to you.

Absolute Vollkatastrophe!!!!

Muy bien ubicado, los recepcionistas son muy amables (aunque faltó que explicaran que cosas / habitaciones tenia el hostal) y el hostal tiene bastantes actividades. Los cuartos están bien aunque son antiguos, a la ducha se le caía la manguera y solo había 1 para 10 personas. En conclusión, si bien tiene áreas comunes y actividades, no es un hostal tan social como parece, hay otros mejores en ese aspecto. Pero la ubicación es espectacular

We had a nice stay in Onfam Hostel. Its a nice place and staff if you want to meet other people and share activities. The room was clean and well organized (we had a 4 beds women only room) even though the upper beds don't have curtains. However, we had trouble cooking in the kitchen regarding the lack of cleanliness. Fridge and microwave were dirty and also we spotted few cockroaches.

Free food and sangria was lovely. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest and there were bugs in the cupboard. The blankets on the bed smelt a bit so think they're folded in-between people who stay, however there is a clean sheet so I just put that under it. Overall, it was ok!

Casi todos bien pero en cocina falta respetan limpieza y nevera cada comidas.

Decent hostel. Older style beds with no curtains and lumpy mattress. No real atmosphere when I visited but have heard it can be much better. Room was right on a busy street at ground level so very noisy. No dish rack, or towels in kitchen.

Good location, very friendly staff, cool, pretty building, but overall felt a little uncomfortable. The 4 person room was TINY and the lockers were tucked in a super hard to reach place behind the bed and didn't fit my normal sized backpack. The door to the room had to be locked manually every time with the key, and my roommates would forget, or, when the staff would come in to strip a bed (in the middle of me getting dressed in the morning) they would leave the doors open or unlocked. Einfache aber gute Zimmer (in unserem Bad kein Föhn + Duschvorhang ist zusammengebrochen), netter Charme und liebe Mitarbeiter:innen. Der PubCrawl ist sehr empfehlenswert!! Die Küche war aber unbenutzbar, hat mies gestunken und einfach absolut dreckig / ekelhaft.

Overall a good hostel in a great location, very central. I loved the family dinner and the recommendations given for local restaurants and cafes. The top bunk didnt have a good privacy curtain I didn’t love how loud it was at night from other guests, you can hear everything. Tuvimos un compañero de habitaciones muy sucio y había muy poca ventilación en la habitación por lo cual fue muy incómoda la convivencia, además en la cocina mucho de los utensilios estaban sucios y habían insectos como hormigas y cucarachas pequeñas corriendo por las ollas y sartenes.

Staff was nice, bed was clean, optimal location for walking everywhere. Would stay again!

It was an overall good hostel, although I expected a bit more when it comes to socializing and organized events. However, there was a free dinner which was great and you can go to the bars together, which was also nice. The bathroom door was extremely hard to open and I genuinely needed someone from the outside to push it hard, otherwise I was stuck in there. Also, there are no curtains on the upper beds. Other than that, it’s a nice hostel :)

Todos los chicos de la recepción súper amables y voluntarios también, Carolina una genia me recomendó muchos lugares para mi primera visita a la ciudad, una genia! Super comodo, muy buena ubicación, todo genial!!! Nos vemos en el futuro!!

The location and atmosphere was awesome. I loved that it was a social hostel. My negative is that the toilet lever broke on the toilet at 5 pm and when I told the front desk person about it they said that it could not be fixed until the next morning. The person also did not offer to arrange a new room. Good thing I knew how to manually flush a toilet lol.

Très beau bâtiment, bien situé si l’on veut aussi explorer les quartiers moins touristiques, et personnel dans l’ensemble sympathique. Par contre les lits ne sont pas du tout confortables, et l’espace des casiers est trop petit. Pour ceux qui souhaitent une auberge + sociale, je reccomanderais le onefam centro, moins calme mais c’est dans cette auberge que j’ai passé la plupart de mon temps avec les gens que j’y ai rencontrés

Ostello situato in pieno centro città, a due passi da tutte le attrazioni principali e comodo da raggiungere dall’aeroporto con bus o taxi. Camere, bagni, cucina e luoghi comuni puliti ed accoglienti. Staff preparato e sempre presente: un particolare ringraziamento va a Camilla che mi ha fatto il check-in, fornito subito gli asciugamani e mi ha dato tante informazioni utili per visitare Siviglia e per trovare posti ottimi dove mangiare. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Great hostel, staff & volunteers were super chill, nice social atmosphere especially as they organise so much stuff to get everyone together like the free sangria & dinners, pub crawls etc. brilliant location in the centre but also quiet enough to sleep. 100% recommend!

We had a great stay thanks to Louisa and Camilla! The hostel’s location is amazing. Facilities are good and the overall vibe is nice. There is room for improvement with regards to the beds and mattresses in the room. Overall a 9.0/10.0!
