Long stairs to climb up to 1st floor, terribly quiet and cold, horrible atmosphere

No staff. No luggage storage. Room was on 5th floor at the top and had to carry all my luggage. Shower stopped working. Room was extremely hot and muggy. Extremely small. Helpful keeping my medication in the fridge.

Would not recommend. Dirty, no staff, bugs, weird environment

I was quoted €35 for this lil room I ended up paying £40 so I am absolutely disgusted with that . Old dirty furniture....placed on top floor. Cleaner cam 10.25 knocking my door asking me if I was checking out.....11am is checkout

Quite expensive (€65 p.p. p.d.) for the room you get. Location was alright though

Terrible experience. Our flight into Cologne was delayed and we were unable to contact them to let them know. Once we arrived, we had received an email to say that they had cancelled our reservation. Any initial communications they tried to send went straight to spam so we had no idea there was a problem. A simple phone call from them would have solved the whole situation. When speaking on the phone with the receptionist about the situation she found it funny?

There was no warm water in the first day.

Lage war Top, leider hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne funktionierende Heizung , dementsprechend war es auch kalt. Trotz Anruf bei der Rezeption keine funktionierende Heizung. Die Zusatzdecke wurde auf Anfrage dann gebracht, Föhn war keiner vorhanden, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

TV didn’t work, no fridge no coffee maker in the room, hike up 4 floors to get there. Same dirty dishes, and stinking garbage in the hallway garbage can after three days. Other than that it was great.

Loved the stay, much value for money. A big room in a great location. The only downside was that there was no reception.

La chambre privée pour deux avec salle de bain est mignonne et efficace, il y avait l’essentiel. Accès automatique et très facile à l’auberge et à la chambre. En revanche, ne venez pas si vous cherchez l’ambiance d’une auberge de jeunesse.

Does the job for one night. No aircon in the room so it was HOT. Didn't see any staff, but information was communicated clearly. Shower in the room without a curtain was interesting. Clean room.

WiFi wasn't working.

Owner was nice, place is nifty, location is great. The toilet, however, was awkward to use given its placement in the bathroom. Would stay again

Hotel with no stuff but an easy auto check-in system. Positive: Room was clean, hot water would take a while but it worked, well located. Even if it was hot (30ºC) outside, room temperature was nice (I was in the 3rd floor). Negative: Wifi did not work well at all, no haie dryer, no shampoo or showel gel (just hand soap). Not well isolated, I had some noise from cars in the street, and people coming from the hotel corridors and stairs, but nothing excessive.

Non-staffed entrance OK, but better directions on night door lock would have lowered stress / need to call for guidance. Inconsistent hot water in early morning shower may provide an enhanced “wake up”. Basic clean room, good location and fair price.

Great location. Very straightforward, no-contact check-in. Not social in any way. Simple clean room with basics: sink, shower, bed. For some reason my shower had no shower curtain and was right next to my bed, so the floor and foot of the bed got a little wet. Shared bathroom is clean and maintained.

This is the first time I've had a fully contactless hotel experience. The security code was emailed to me and using it to get the keys was super easy, and checkout is as simple as leaving the keys in the room. Room and hallways were clean. The towels provided were clean but smelled quite a bit of chlorine.

The room was very nice and clean. It was nice for a one bedroom. It had a private bathroom and it even had a balcony. Email was received in order to get the key through a mailbox.

Great location on the end of a busy downtown district. Easy check in. They responded quickly to an issue and the message I sent.

Convenient and well located just off the busy areas, but lacking any type of atmosphere, minimal amenities and basically empty pillowcase

This was one of the cutest & cleanest hotels I stayed in throughout all my travels through Germany. The staff cleaned our room even though we requested that they didn't & they rearranged some of our stuff & threw away our food without permission so that was slightly annoying but other than that, the value was great.

The room was small but clean. The hotel is close to the city centre which I liked. I felt very safe there and would book again. The only deficit was the lack of air conditioning so I had to sleep by the open window and the street outside was very loud. I personally don't mind city noises very much but for people that are noise sensitive it might be a problem.

Everything was clean. The place was a bit noisy. The window didn't have good noise isolation from the street. But the location was good since you can reach the most important sightseeing easily.
