- Tuve que abandonar el alojamiento la primera noche por dos motivos importantes, el primero el ruido tan fuerte de un río que pasa cerca del alojamiento y no me iba a permitir dormir y el segundo que quise darme una ducha pero al observar el sistema, tenía la toma de tierra desconectada, poniendo en grave riesgo a cualquier usuario.

It was a very desolate and isolated place
Not good for solo travellers. No atmosphere and no help from staff who were not friendly. As a solo female I was put in a room with a family, it was just me and an elderly mom, dad, daughter and son. They were nice but it was very weird to be on their family trip. The building has not been up-kept since they took it over from Selina. I left a day early
The worst hostel I have ever stayed in. They don’t clean the rooms. There are piles of hair all over the bathroom. None of the toilets had toilet paper, seats, or were clogged. When telling reception they shrugged and said they don’t have enough cleaning staff. My bed smelt of men’s cologne. I don’t think the sheets were changed. The sheets were also stained. Do not stay here. Worst hostel experience I have ever had. I was gagging in the bathroom brushing my teeth because it was so disgu...

Worst hostel ever. Don’t go! No social life, unclean bathrooms, cold water, just overall bad. Bad bad bad not worth it.
Staff is very harassing. They came out with fees that weren’t discussed upon check in and weren’t part of any agreement. When I asked them about that, they threatened to call the police
Rude staff, I was trying to check out in the morning but was ignored for a few minutes whilst staff talked amongst themselves, one of them walked into me as the weren’t paying attention, no apology. I had to download an app at reception to check in but the internet was so slow it took over 15 minutes. My bed had no pillow and overall a really weird atmosphere. Wouldn’t stay here again
The standard double room without windows is really low budget. Without a/c there would be no airflow at all. The bed is squeaky as hell. Hardly any room left with two backpacks of two travellers. Upgrade would have charged us more than a complete new booking… restaurant couldn’t take proper orders. Overall good location and privacy for low budget travellers though.

+ L’hostel est très bien placé, proche d’El Poblado mais pas en plein centre, ce qui est idéal pour le calme. Le personnel était très sympa et bienveillant. Les espaces communs de l’auberge sont simples mais bien décorés, surtout le jardin extérieur. Et tout est très propre. La chambre est simple mais suffisamment confortable.

+ Emplacement top pour se balader à El Poblado Beaux espaces communs Bien entretenu Big up au réceptionniste de nuit qui est adorable
- Ne pas avoir été prévenu que le four ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y pas de micro-onde non plus

+ O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo! A cozinha muito equipada tb!! Tudo sempre limpo no hostel!
- Tirando o café da manhã e o fato do quarto não ter uma janela por exemplo pra ventilar melhor, o resto é muito legal se vc tem um perfil de viajante mais jovem e comunicativo, que goste de festas. Eu não sou assim…Pra quem tb precisa se locomover pelo metrô, também não aconselho pq fica um pouco distante. Não é uma crítica em si, são mais informações que acho importante compartilhar.

+ Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, todos estaban dispuestos ayudarte, sus áreas comunes son bien lindas, me sentía como en casa, además que conocí un amigo nuevo que era de suiza, el desayuno incluido muy rico lo complementaba con un jugo por un costo extra, en pocas palabras en encanto todo 🥰
